کتاب: شکار کے بدلے کا بیان

The book of penalty for hunting

اگر بے احرام والا شکار کرے اور احرام والے کو تحفہ بھیجے تو وہ کھا سکتا ہے

(2) CHAPTER. If a Non-Muhrim hunts (an animal) and gives it as a present to a Muhrim, (it is permissible for) the latter to eat it.

احرام والے لوگ شکار دیکھ کر ہنس دیں اور بے احرام والا سمجھ جائے پھر شکار کرے تو وہ احرام والے بھی کھا سکتے ہیں

(3) CHAPTER. If the Muhrimun saw game and then laughed and a non-Muhrim understood (Why they laughed) (then their laughing is not to be considered as an intentional sign to draw the non-Muhrim's attention. Therefore they are allowed to eat the game).

شکار کرنے میں احرام والا غیر محرم کی کچھ بھی مدد نہ کرے

(4) CHAPTER. A Muhrim should not help a non-Muhrim in the hunting of a game.

غیر محرم کے شکار کرنے کے لیے احرام والا شکار کی طرف اشارہ بھی نہ کرے

(5) CHAPTER. A Muhrim should not point at a game with the intention that a non-Muhrim may hunt it.

اگر کسی نے محرم کے لیے زندہ گورخر تحفہ بھیجا ہو تو اسے قبول نہ کرے

(6) CHAPTER. If a person gave a living onager as a present to a Muhrim then he should not accept it.

احرام والا کون کون سے جانور مار سکتا ہے

(7) CHAPTER. (What kind of) animals can be killed by a Muhrim.

اس بیان میں کہ حرم شریف کے درخت نہ کاٹے جائیں

(8) CHAPTER. It is not permissible to cut the trees of Haram (the sanctuary of Makkah).

حرم کے شکار ہانکے نہ جائیں

(9) CHAPTER. The game in the Haram (Sanctuary) should not be chased or disturbed.

مکہ میں لڑنا جائز نہیں ہے

(10) CHAPTER. Fighting is prohibited in Makkah.

محرم کا پچھنا لگوانا کیسا ہے ؟

(11) CHAPTER. Cupping (i.e., letting out of the blood medically) for a Muhrim.

محرم نکاح کر سکتا ہے

(12) CHAPTER. The marrying of a Muhrim.

احرام والے مرد اور عورت کو خوشبو لگانا منع ہے

(13) CHAPTER. What is forbidden for a Muhrim (male or female) as regards perfumes.

محرم کو غسل کرنا کیسا ہے ؟

(14) CHAPTER. The taking of a bath by a Muhrim.

محرم کو جب جوتیاں نہ ملیں تو وہ موزے پہن سکتا ہے

(15) CHAPTER. Wearing of Khuff (leather stockings) by a Muhrim if slippers are not available (but one has to cut short the Khuff below the ankles).

جس کے پاس تہبند نہ ہو تو وہ پاجامہ پہن سکتا ہے

(16) CHAPTER. If an Izar is not available, one (i.e., a Muhrim) can wear trousers.

محرم کا ہتھیار بند ہونا درست ہے

(17) CHAPTER. Carrying of arms by a Muhrim.

حرم اور مکہ شریف میں بغیر احرام کے داخل ہونا

(18) CHAPTER. Entering the Haram and Makkah without assuming Ihram.

اگر ناواقفیت کی وجہ سے کوئی کرتہ پہنے ہوئے احرام باندھے ؟

(19) CHAPTER. If somebody ignorantly assumed Ihram while wearing a shirt (will Fidya be compulsory?).

اگر محرم عرفات میں مر جائے

(20) CHAPTER. A Muhrim died at Arafat and the prophet did not order anybody to finish the remaining ceremonies of Hajj on his behalf.

جب محرم وفات پا جائے تو اس کا کفن دفن کس طرح مسنون ہے

(21) CHAPTER. The legal way of (burying) a dead Muhrim.
