کتاب ظلم اور مال غصب کرنے کے بیان میں

The book of al-mazalim.

راستوں میں کنواں بنانا جب کہ ان سے کسی کو تکلیف نہ ہو

(23) CHAPTER. The digging of wells on the ways (is permissible) if they do not cause truble to the people.

اونچے اور پست بالاخانوں میں چھت وغیرہ پر رہنا جائز ہے نیز جھروکے اور روشندان بنانا

(25) CHAPTER. (The permissibility of living on) higher places of a house, looking upon other houses or not looking upon other houses, whether these places are on roofs or not.

مسجد کے دروازے پر جو پتھر بچھے ہوتے ہیں وہاں یا دورازے پر اونٹ باندھ دینا

(26) CHAPTER. Whoever tied his camel at the pavement (of the mosque)or at the gate of the mosque.

کسی قوم کے کوڑے کے پاس ٹھہرنا اور وہاں پیشاب کرنا

(27) CHAPTER. Standing and urinating at the dumps of some people.

اس کا ثواب جس نے شاخ یا کوئی اورتکلیف دینے والی چیز راستے سے ہٹائی

(28) CHAPTER. (The reward of him) who removes a branch of a tree or any other thing which harms the people from the way.

اگر عام راستہ میں اختلاف ہو اور وہاں رہنے والے کچھ عمارت بنانا چاہیں تو سات ہاتھ زمین راستہ کے لیے چھوڑ دیں

(29) CHAPTER. When there is a dispute about a public way and the owner of the land wishes to build (something), he should leave seven cubits for the people to pass through.

مالک کی اجازت کے بغیر اس کا کوئی مال اٹھا لینا

(30) CHAPTER. Robbing (taken away somebody's property publicly by force without his permission).

صلیب کا توڑنا اور خنزیر کا مارنا

(31) CHAPTER. The breaking of the cross and the killing of the pigs.

کیا کوئی ایسا مٹکا توڑا جا سکتا ہے یا ایسی مشک پھاڑی جا سکتی ہے جس میں شراب موجود ہو ؟

(32) CHAPTER. (Is it permissible) to break the pots containing wine, or tear the leader containers holding wine? If one breaks an idol, a cross, or a drum (for amusement), or any other thing, the wood of which is useless (should one give a compensation)?

جو شخص اپنا مال بچانے کے لیے لڑے

(33) CHAPTER. (What is said about) one who fights to protect his property?

جس کسی شخص نے کسی دوسرے کا پیالہ یا کوئی اور چیز توڑ دی تو کیا حکم ہے ؟

34) CHAPTER. If a person breaks a wooden bowl or something belonging to somebody, (should he give a compensation)?

اگر کسی نے کسی کی دیوار گرا دی تو اسے ویسی ہی بنوانی ہو گی

(35) CHAPTER. If one pulls down a wall, one should build a similar one in its place.
