ماہ رمضان کی فضیلت

Chapter: The Virtues of the month of Ramadan

چاند دیکھ کر رمضان کا روزہ رکھنا اور چانددیکھ کرروزوں کا اختتام کرنا واجب ہے

Chapter: The obligation to fast Ramadan when the crescent is sighted, and to break the fast when the crescent is sighted, and that if it is cloudy at the beginning or end of the month, then the month should be completed as thirty days.

ایک یا دو دن پہلے روزے رکھ کر رمضان سے سبقت نہ کرو

Chapter: Do not start fasting one or two days before Ramadan

مہینہ انتیس کا ہوتا ہے

Chapter: The month may be twenty-nine days

ہر علاقے کے لوگوں کے لیے اپنی رؤیت (معتبر )ہے اوراگر ایک علاقے کے لوگ چاند دیکھ لیں تو ان سے دو روالوں کے لیے اس کا حکم (کہ روزوں کا آغازہو گیا )ثابت نہیں ہو گا

Chapter: Each land has its own sighting of the moon, and if they see the crescent in one land, that does not necessarily apply to regions that are far away from it

چاند کے چھوٹے اور بڑے ہونے کا اعتبار نہیں ‘اللہ تعالیٰ نے رؤیت کے لیے اسے بڑا کر دیا اگر اس کو چھپادیا جائے تو تیس (دن )مکمل کیے جائیں

Chapter: Clarifying that it does not matter whether the crescent is large or small, for Allah, the Most High, causes it to appear for long enough that people can see it, and if it is cloudy then thirty days should be completed

نبی اکرم ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ کے فرمان :’’عید کے دونوں مہینے کم نہیں ہوتے‘‘کا مفہوم

Chapter: The meaning of the Prophet's words: The two months of 'Id cannot both be incomplete

روزے کاآغاز طلوع فجر سے ہوتا ہے اور فجر طلوع ہونے تک اس (روزہ دار )کے لیے کھانا وغیرہ جائز ہے

Chapter: Clarifying that fasting begins at dawn, and a person may eat and other than that until dawn begins; And clarifying the dawn which has to do with the rulings concerning the beginning of fasting and the beginning of the time for the Subh Prayer, and other than that, which is the Second Dawn, which is called the True Dawn. The First Dawn, which is the False Dawn, has nothing to do with the rulings

سحری کھانے کی فضیلت ‘اس کے استحباب کی تاکید اور اس میں تاخیر اورافطاری میں جلدی کرنا مستحب ہے

Chapter: The virtue of sahur, which is recommended. It is recommended to delay it and to hasten the breaking of the fast

روزختم ہو جانے اور دن کے رخصت ہونے کا وقت

Chapter: Clarifying the time for ending the fast and the end of the day

روزوںمیں )وصال (ایک روزے کو افطار کیے بغیر دوسرے سے ملانے)کی ممانعت

Chapter: The prohibition of Al-Wisal

اس آدمی کے لیے روزے کے دوران میں بیوی کا بو سہ لینا حرام نہیں جس کی شہوت کو تحریک نہ ملتی ہو

Chapter: Clarifying that Kissing when fasting is not unlawful for the one whose desire is not provoked by that

جس شخص پرحالت جنابت میں فجر طلو ع ہو جائے اس کا روزہ صیحح ہے

Chapter: The fasting is valid for the one who is Junub when dawn comes

رمضان میں دن کے وقت روزہ دار کے لیے مجامعت کرنے کی سخت حرمت ‘اس پربڑا کفارا واجب ہو جاتا ہے

Chapter: The strict prohibition of intercourse during the day in Ramadan for one who is fasting; And the obligation of offering major expiation and the definition thereof; And that it is obligatory for both the one who can afford it and the one who cannot afford it, and it remains an obligation for the one who cannot afford it until he has the means

اگر سفر گناہ کے لیے نہیں تو رمضان میں مسافر کے لیے جبکہ اس کا سفر دو یادو سے زائد منزلوں کا ہے روزہ رکھنا اور روزہ چھوڑنا دونوں جائز ہیں اور جو آدمی نقصان اٹھائے بغیر روزہ رکھ سکتا ہے ‘

Chapter: It is permissible to fast or not to fast during Ramadan for one who is travelling for no sinful purpose, if his journey is two stages or further. But it is better for the one who is able to fast without suffering any harm to do so, and the one for whom it is difficult may break the fast

سفر میں روزہ ترک کرنے والا جب کام کی ذمہ داری اٹھائے تو اس کا اجر

Chapter: The reward of the one who does not fast when travelling if he does any tasks that are required

سفر میں روزہ رکھنے اور نہ رکھنے کا اختیار

Chapter: The choice between fasting and not fasting when travelling

عرفہ کے دن حج کرنے والے کے لیےمیدان عرفات میں روزہ نہ رکھنا مستحب ہے

Chapter: It is recommended for the person performing Hajj in 'Arafat not to fast on the day of 'Arafah.
