کتاب: نکاح کے احکام و مسائل

The book of marriage

جس شخص کا دل چاہتا ہو اور کھانا پینا میسر ہو اس کے لیے نکاح کرنا مستحب ہے اور جو شخص کھانا پینا مہیا کرنے سے قاصر ہو وہ روزوں میں مشغول رہے

Chapter: Marriage is recommended for the one who desires it and can afford it, and the one who cannot afford it should distract himself by fasting

جو شخص کسی عورت کو دیکھے اور وہ اس کے دل میں بس جائے تو اس کے لئے مستحب ہے کہ اپنی بیوی یا زرخرید کنیز کے پاس آ کر اس سے صحبت کر لے

Chapter: Recommendation to the one who sees a woman and is attracted to her, to go to his wife or slave woman and have intercourse with her

نکاح متعہ کا حکم اور اس بات کی وضاحت کہ وہ جائز قرار دیا گیا پھر منسوخ کیا گیا پھر دوبارہ جائز کیا گیا پھر منسوخ کیا گیا اور (اب) اس کی حرمت قیامت کے دن تک کے لیے برقرار ہے

Chapter: Mut'ah Marriage: It was permitted then abrograted, then permitted then abrogated, and it will remain Forbidden until the day of resurrection

نکاح میں عورت اور اس کے ساتھ اس کی پھوپھی یا اس کی خالہ کو جمع کرنا حرام ہے

جو حالتِ احرام میں ہو اس کے لیے نکاح کرنا حرام اور نکاح کا پیغام بھیجنا مکروہ ہے

نکاح میں ثیبہ (جس کی پہلے بھی شادی ہوئی تھی) سے اس کے بولنے اور باکرہ سے اس کی خاموشی (عدمِ انکار) کے ذریعے سے اجازت لینا

والد کے ہاتھوں کم عمر کنواری (بیٹی) کا نکاح

شوال کے مہینے میں شادی کرنا، شادی کرانا اور شوال میں رخصتی ہونا مستحب ہے

مرد کے لیے جس عورت سے وہ شادی کرنا چاہے، اس کا چہرے اور ہتھیلیاں دیکھ لینا مستحب ہے

Chapter: It is recommended for the one who wants to marry a woman to look at her face and hands before proposing marriage to her

پھلوں کی( پکنے کی )صلاحیت ظاہر ہونے سے پہلے توڑنے کی شرط لگائے بغیر بیع کرنا منع ہے

اپنی لونڈی کو آزاد کرنے پھر اس سے شادی کر لینے کی فضیلت

دعوت دینے کو والے کا بلا وا قبول کرنے کا حکم

جس عورت کو تین طلاقیں دے دی گئی ہوں وہ طلاق دینے والے کے لیے حلال نہیں حتی کہ وہ اس کے سوا کسی اور خاوند سے نکاح کرے اور وہ اس سے مباشرت کرے ‘پھر وہ اس سے علیحدگی اختیار کرے اور اس کی عادت پور ی ہو جائے

Chapter: It is not permissible for a woman who has been thrice-divorced to return to the one who divorced her until she marries another husband who has intercourse with her, then divorces her, and she completes the 'Iddah

جماع کے وقت کون سی دعا پڑھنا مستحب ہے

Chapter: What it is recommended to say when having intercourse

دبر سے تعر ض کیے بغیر اپنی بیوی کی شرمگاہ میں آگے سے اور پیچھے سے مجامعت کرنا جائز ہے

Chapter: It is permissible for a man to have intercourse with his wife from the front or from the back, without entering the behind

عور ت کا اپنے خاوند کے بستر پر آنے سے انکار حرام ہے

Chapter: It is unlawful for the wife to refuse to come to her husband's bed
