باب: خرید و فروخت میں دھوکہ کھا جانے کا بیان۔
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that: a man told the Messenger of Allah that he was always being cheated. The Messenger of Allah said to him: When you make a deal, say: There is no intention of cheating So, whenever the man engages in a deal he says, 'There is no intention of cheating. (Sahih )
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ ایک شخص نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ذکر کیا کہ وہ بیع میں دھوکہ کھا جاتا ہے تو آپ نے اس سے فرمایا: ”جب تم بیچو تو کہہ دیا کرو: فریب اور دھوکہ دھڑی نہ ہو، چنانچہ وہ شخص جب کوئی چیز بیچتا تو کہتا: دھوکہ دھڑی نہیں“ ۱؎۔
It was narrated from Anas that: there was a man whose mental faculties were lacking, and he used to buy and sell. His family came to the Prophet and said: O Prophet of Allah stop him. So the Prophet of Allah called him, and told him not to do that. He said: O Prophet of Allah, I cannot bear to be away from business, He said If you engaged in a deal then say: 'There is no intention to deceive. ' (Sahih )
انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک شخص کم عقلی کا شکار تھا اور تجارت کرتا تھا، اس کے گھر والوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آ کر کہا: اللہ کے نبی! آپ اسے تجارت کرنے سے روک دیجئیے، تو آپ نے اسے بلایا اور اسے اس سے روکا، اس نے کہا: اللہ کے نبی! میں تجارت سے باز نہیں آ سکتا، تو آپ نے فرمایا: ”جب بیچو تو کہو: فریب و دھوکہ نہیں“۔
