کتاب شرائط کے مسائل کا بیان

The book of conditions.

اسلام میں داخل ہوتے وقت اور معاملات بیع و شراء میں کون سی شرطیں لگانا جائز ہے ؟

(1) CHAPTER. The conditions permissible on embracing Islam, and in contracts and transactions.

پیوند لگانے کے بعد اگر کھجور کا درخت بیچے ؟

(2) CHAPTER. (What is said regarding) the sale of pollinated date-palms.

بیع میں شرطیں کرنے کا بیان

(3) CHAPTER. The conditions of selling.

اگر بیچنے والے نے کسی خاص مقام تک سواری کی شرط لگائی تو یہ جائز ہے

(4) CHAPTER. It is permissible for the seller to stipulate that he should ride the (sold) animal up to a certain place.

معاملات میں شرطیں لگانے کا بیان

(5) CHAPTER. Conditions in contracts (of share-cropping etc.).

نکاح کے وقت مہر کی شرطیں

(6) CHAPTER. The terms and the conditions of Mahr at the time of the marriage contract.

مزارعت کی شرطیں جو جائز ہیں

(7) CHAPTER. The conditions in share-cropping.

جو شرطیں نکاح میں جائز نہیں ان کا بیان

(8) CHAPTER. The conditions which are not permissible in the contracts of marriage.

جو شرطیں حدود اللہ میں جائز نہیں ہیں ان کا بیان

(9) CHAPTER. The conditions which are not permissible in the legal punishments prescribed by Allah.

اگر مکاتب اپنی بیع پر اس لیے راضی ہو جائے کہ اسے آزاد کر دیا جائے گا تو اس کے ساتھ جو شرائط جائز ہو سکتی ہیں ، ان کا بیان

(10) CHAPTER. The conditions permissible in the case of a slave who has a writing for emancipation, if he agrees to be sold to somebody else who promises to free him.

طلاق کی شرطیں ( جو منع ہیں )

(11) CHAPTER. Conditions concerning divorce.

ولاء میں شرط لگانا

(13) CHAPTER. Conditions for Wala.

مزارعت میں مالک نے کاشتکار سے یہ شرط لگائی کہ جب میں چاہوں گا تجھے بے دخل کر سکوں گا

(14) CHAPTER. If the landlord stipulates in the contract of share-cropping that he would terminate the contract whenever he likes.

جہاد میں شرطیں لگانا اور کافروں کے ساتھ صلح کرنے میں اور شرطوں کا لکھنا

(15) CHAPTER. The conditions of Jihad and peace treaties with (non-Muslim) warriors, and the writing of the conditions.

(16) CHAPTER. Conditions in loans.

مکاتب کا بیان اور جو شرطیں ناجائز اور کتاب اللہ کے مخالف ہیں ان کا بیان

(17) CHAPTER. Al-Mukatab (i.e., the slave who is given the writing of emancipation for a certain sum) and about the invalidity of those conditions which contradict Allah's Laws.

(18) CHAPTER. What kinds of conditions are permissible; and what is exempted from the decision.
