کتاب ذبیح اور شکار کے بیان میں

The book of slaughtering and hunting.

شکار پر بسماللہ پڑھنا اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے سورۃ المائدہ میں فرمایا کہ تم پر مردار کا کھانا حرام کیا گیا ہے ۔

(1) CHAPTER. The mentioning of Allah's Name while hunting.

بے پر کے تیر یعنی لکڑی گز وغیرہ سے شکار کرنے کا بیان ۔

(2) CHAPTER. The game killed by the Mirad.

جب بے پر کے تیر یا لکڑی کے عرض سے شکار مارا جائے تو اس کا کیا حکم ہے ؟

(3) CHAPTER. The game killed by the broad side of Al-Mirad. (i.e., a sharp-edged piece of wood or a piece of wood provided with a sharp piece of iron for hunting).

تیر کمان سے شکار کرنے کا بیان ۔

(4) CHAPTER. About hunting with a bow...

انگلی سے چھوٹے چھوٹے سنگ ریزے اور غلے مارنا ۔

(5) CHAPTER. Al-Khadhf (throwing stones with the middle finger and the thumb) and Al-Bunduqa (a ball of clay thrown through a hollow stick or the like).

اس کے بیان میں جس نے ایسا کتا پالا جو نہ شکار کے لیے ہو اور نہ مویشی کی حفاظت کے لیے ۔

(6) CHAPTER. Whoever keeps a (pet) dog neither for hunting, nor for guarding livestock.

جب کتا شکار میں سے خود کھا لے تو اس کا کیا حکم ہے ؟

(7) CHAPTER. If a hound eats (of the game).

جب شکار کیا ہوا جانور شکاری کو دو یا تین دن کے بعد ملے تو دہ کیا کرے ؟

(8) CHAPTER. If the hunter hits a game but does not catch it till two or three days have passed.

شکاری جب شکار کے ساتھ دوسرا کتا پائے تو وہ کیا کرے ؟

(9) CHAPTER. If somebody finds another hound with the game (besides his hound).

شکار کرنے کو بطور مشغلہ اختیار کرنا ۔

(10) CHAPTER. What have been said about hunting.

اس بیان میں کہ پہاڑوں پر شکار کرنا جائز ہے ۔

(11) CHAPTER. To hunt on mountains.

سورۃ المائدہ کی اس آیت کی تفسیر کہ ” حلال کیا گیا ہے تمہارے لیے دریا کا شکار کھانا “

(12) CHAPTER. The Statement of Allah: “Lawful to you is (the pursuit of) water-game and its use for food... for the benefit of yourselves. … (V.5:96)

ٹڈی کھانا جائز ہے ۔

(13) CHAPTER. The eating of locusts.

مجوسیوں کا برتن استعمال کرنا اور مردار کا کھانا کیسا ہے ؟

(14) CHAPTER. The utensils of Magians and (the eating of) dead flesh.

ذبح پر بسماللہ پڑھنا اور جس نے اسے قصداً چھوڑ دیا ہو اس کا بیان ۔

(15) CHAPTER. Mentioning Allah's Name on slaughtering an animal, and whoever does not mention Allah's Name intentionally (while slaughtering).

وہ جانور جن کو تھانوں اور بتوں کے نام پر ذبح کیا گیا ہوان کا کھانا حرام ہے ۔

(16) CHAPTER. Animals that are sacrificed (slaughtered) on An-Nusub and for the idols.

اس بارے میں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا ارشاد ہے کہ جانور کو اللہ ہی کے نام پر ذبح کرنا چاہیئے ۔

(17) CHAPTER.The saying of Prophet : “So slaughter by mentioning the Name of Allah.”

بانس ، سفید دھاردار اور لوہار جو خون بہادے اس کاحکم کیا ہے ؟

(18) CHAPTER. (About the instruments) that cause the blood (of slaughter animals) to gush out, e.g., of cane, granite stone, or iron.

( مسلمان ) عورت اور لونڈی کا ذبیحہ بھی جائز ہے ۔

(19) CHAPTER. The animal slaughtered by a lady or a lady slave.

اس بارے میں کہ جانور کو دانت ، ہڈی اور ناخن سے ذبح نہ کیا جائے ۔

(20) CHAPTER. Not to slaughter with a tooth, a bone or a nail.
