استبرائے رحم کے بعد جنگ میں قید ہونے والی لونڈی کے ساتھ مجامعت کرنا جائز ہے اور اگر اس کا شوہر تھا تز غلامی کی وجہ سے اس کا نکاح فسخ ہو گیا
