کتاب: مشروبات کا بیان

The book of of drink

شراب کی حرمت اور اس بات کا بیان کہ شراب انگور،خشک کھجور ،ادھ کچی اور کشمش وغیرہ کے رس سے بنتی ہے جو نشہ آور ہو تی ہے

Chapter: The prohibition of Khamr, which may be made from the juice of grapes, dried dates, unripe dates, raisins and other things that intoxicate

شراب کو سرکہ بنانے کی ممانعت

Chapter: The prohibition of making vinegar from wine

شراب سے علاج کرنے کی حرمت

Chapter: The prohibition of using Khamr as a remedy; It is not a remedy

(پہلے مرحلے میں) جو بھی نبیذ بنائی جاتی ہے،کھجور سے ہو یا انگور سے(خمیر اٹھنے کے بعد) اسی کا نام شراب ہے

Chapter: Everything that is taken from the date palm or grape vine and steeped is called Khamr

کھجوروں اورکشمش کو ملا کر رس بنانا مکروہ ہے:

Chapter: It is disliked to make Nabidh by mixing dried dates and raisins

روغن زفت ملے ہوئے اور کدو سے بنےہوئے،مٹی کے سبز اور کھوکھلی لکڑی کے بنے ہوئے برتنوں میں نبیذ بنانے کی ممانعت(کی گئی تھی)،آج یہ حلال ہے بشرط یہ کہ وہ نشہ آور نہ ہوجائے

Chapter: The prohibition of making Nabidh in Al-Muzaffat, Ad-Dubba' (Gourds), Al-Hantam and An-Naqir; This has been abrogated and now it is permitted, so long as it does not become intoxicating

ہر نشہ آور چیز خمرے ہے اور ہر خمرحرا م ہے

Chapter: Every intoxicant is Khamr and all Khamr is Haram

جس نے شراب پی اور اس (کے پینے) سے توبہ نہیں کی اس کی سزا یہ ہو گی کہ آخرت میں وہ اس سے روک دی جا ئے گی۔

Chapter: The punishment of one who drinks Khamr if he does not repent from it: he will be denied it in the hereafter

جو نبیذ تیز اور نشہ آور نہ ہو گئی ہو۔جائز ہے

Chapter: The permissibility of Nabidh so long as it has not become strong and has not become intoxicating

دودھ پینے کا جواز

Chapter: The permissibility of drinking milk

نبیذ پینا اور برتنوں کوڈھک کررکھنا

Chapter: Drinking Nabidh and covering vessels

مغرب کے بعد برتن کو ڈھانک دینا،مشکیزے کا منہ باندھ دینا،(گھر کے) دروازے بند کردینا،ان پر اللہ کا نام پڑھنا،نیند کے وقت چراغ اور آگ بجھا دینا اور بچوں اور جانوروں کو اندر روک لینا مستحب ہے

Chapter: It is recommended to cover vessels, tie up waterskins, close doors and mention the name of Allah over them, extinguish lamps and fires when going to sleep, and keep children and animals in after maghrib

کھانے پینے کے آداب اور احکام

Chapter: The etiquette of eating and drinking, and rulings thereon

کھڑے ہوکرپانی پینا

Chapter: Drinking while standing

کھڑے ہوکر زمزم(کاپانی) پینا

Chapter: Drinking zamzam water while standing

پانی کے برتن کے اندر سانس لینامکروہ ہے اور برتن سے باہر تین مرتبہ سانس لینا مستحب ہے

Chapter: It is disliked to breathe into the vessel, and it is recommended to take three breaths, outside the vessel

دودھ،پانی یاکوئی اورمشروب تقسیم کرتے ہوئے ابتداء کرنے والے کی دائیں طرف سے شروع کرنا مستحب ہے

Chapter: It is recommended to pass water and milk etc., to the right of the one who drinks first

انگلیاں اور کھانے کا برتن چاٹنے اور نیچے گرجانے والے لقمے کو جو ناپسند چیز لگی ہے،اسے صاف کرکے کھالینے کااستحباب اور اس کو چاٹنے سے پہلے ،کہ برکت اسی میں ہوسکتی ہے،ہاتھ پونچھنا مکروہ ہے اور سنت تین انگلیوں سے کھانا ہے

Chapter: It is recommended to lick one's fingers and wipe the bowl, and to eat a piece of food that is dropped after removing any dirt on it. It is disliked to wipe one's hand before licking it, because of the possibility that the blessing of the food may be in that remaining part. The Sunnah is to eat with three fingers

اگر مہمان کے ساتھ جس کو بلایا گیا،اس کے علاوہ کوئی اور بھی پیچھے چل پڑے تو وہ کیا کرے؟کھلانے والے کی طرف سے،ساتھ آنے والے کے لیے اجازت د ینا مستحب ہے

Chapter: What the guest should do if he is accompanied by someone who was not invited by the host; it is recommended for the host to give permission to the one who has accompanied the guest

اگر میزبان کی رضا مندی پر اعتماد ہو اس بات کا پورا یقین ہو تو کسی اور کو اپنے ساتھ اس (بلانے والے)کے گھر لے جاناجائز ہے ،اور کھانے پر اکھٹا ہونامستحب ہے

Chapter: It is permissible to take someone else to the house of one who you are certain will approve of that and will not mind. It is recommended to gather to eat
