کتاب زکوۃ کے مسائل کا بیان

The book of zakat.

مسلمان کو اپنے غلام ( لونڈی ) کی زکوٰۃ دینی ضروری نہیں ہے

(46) CHAPTER. No Zakat is imposed on the slave belonging to a Muslim.

یتیموں پر صدقہ کرنا بڑا ثواب ہے

(47) CHAPTER. Giving in charity to orphans.

عورت کا خود اپنے شوہر کو یا اپنی زیر تربیت یتیم بچوں کو زکوٰۃ دینا

(48) CHAPTER. The giving of Zakat to one

اللہ تعالیٰ کے فرمان

(49) CHAPTER. The Statement of Allah;

سوال سے بچنے کا بیان

(50) CHAPTER. To abstain from begging.

اگر اللہ پاک کسی کو بن مانگے اور بن دل لگائے اور امیدوار رہے کوئی چیز دلا دے ( تو اس کو لے لے )

(51) CHAPTER. The one whom Allah gives something without his asking for it, or without avarice for it.

اگر کوئی شخص اپنی دولت بڑھانے کے لیے لوگوں سے سوال کرے ؟

(52) CHAPTER. Whoever asks the people (for something) so as to increase his wealth.

۔ ( سورۃ البقرہ میں ) اللہ تعالیٰ کا ارشاد

(53) CHAPTER. The Statement of Allah:

کھجور کا درختوں پر اندازہ کر لینا درست ہے

(54) CHAPTER. (The lawfulness of) estimating the amount of the date-fruit while they are still on the palms for the sake of taking the Zakat.

اس زمین کی پیداوار سے دسواں حصہ لینا ہو گا جس کی سیرابی بارش یا جاری ( نہر ‘ دریا وغیرہ ) پانی سے ہوئی ہو اور حضرت عمر بن عبدالعزیز رحمہ اللہ نے شہد میں زکوٰۃ کو ضروری نہیں جانا

(55) CHAPTER. Ushr is to be imposed on the yield of the land which is either irrigated by rain or the running water channel.

پانچ وسق سے کم میں زکوٰۃ فرض نہیں ہے

(56) CHAPTER. There is no Zakat on less than five Awsuq.

کھجور کے پھل توڑنے کے وقت زکوٰۃ لی جائے

(57) CHAPTER. Zakat of dates should be taken during their plucking season. Can a child touch the dates collectd as Zakat?

جو شخص اپنا میوہ یاکھجور کا درخت یا کھیت بیچ ڈالے

(58) CHAPTER. Whoever sold his fruits, his date-palm trees, his land or his crops and the Ushr or Zakat was due on them, and gave Zakat from some other property, or sold his fruits when Zakat was due.

کیا آدمی اپنی چیز کو جو صدقہ میں دی ہو پھر خرید سکتا ہے ؟ اور دوسرے کا دیا ہوا صدقہ خریدنے میں تو کوئی حرج نہیں

(59) CHAPTER. Can one buy the thing which he has given in charity?

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی آل پر صدقہ کا حرام ہونا

(60) CHAPTER. What is said regarding what is given to the Prophet and his offspring in charity.

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی بیویوں کی لونڈیوں اور غلاموں کو صدقہ دینا درست ہے

(61) CHAPTER. As-Sadaqa (alms) for the freed slave-girls of the wives of the Prophet (do they accept things given in charity)?

جب صدقہ محتاج کی ملکیت ہو جائے

(62) CHAPTER. When alms is transferred. (It will be legal for the Prophet's folk to accept it as a gift).

مالداروں سے زکوٰۃ وصول کی جائے ۔ اور فقراء پر خرچ کر دی جائے خواہ وہ کہیں بھی ہوں

(63) CHAPTER. Zakat should be taken from the rich (Muslims) and given to the poor (Muslims) wherever they are.

امام ( حاکم ) کی طرف سے زکوٰۃ دینے والے کے حق میں دعائے خیر و برکت کرنا

(64) CHAPTER. The invoking and supplicating Allah of the Imam for the one who gives in charity.

جو مال سمندر سے نکالا جائے

(65) CHAPTER. (Is Zakat imposed on) what is taken out of the sea (or not)?
