کتاب روزے کے مسائل کا بیان

The book of as-saum (the fasting).

اگر کوئی شخص روزے کی نیت دن میں کرے تو درست ہے

(21) CHAPTER. If the intention of observing Saum (fast) was made in the daytime.

روزہ دار صبح کو جنابت کی حالت میں اٹھے تو کیا حکم ہے

(22) CHAPTER. If a person observing Saum (fasts) gets up in the morning in the state of Janaba [will his Saum (fast) be valid?]

روزہ دار کا اپنی بیوی سے مباشرت یعنی بوسہ مساس وغیرہ درست ہے

(23) CHAPTER. To embrace while one is observing Saum (fast).

روزہ دار کا روزہ کی حالت میں اپنی بیوی کا بوسہ لینا

(24) CHAPTER. What is said regarding kissing by a fasting person.

روزہ دار کا غسل کرنا جائز ہے

(25) CHAPTER. Taking a bath by a person observing Saum (fast).

اگر روزہ دار بھول کر کھا پی لے تو روزہ نہیں جاتا

(26) CHAPTER. If a person observing Saum (fast) ate or drank forgetfully (should he observe Saum another day in lieu of that day)?

روزہ دار کے لیے تر یا خشک مسواک استعمال کرنی درست ہے

(27) CHAPTER. Dry or green Siwak for the person observing Saum (fast).

جان بوجھ کر اگر رمضان میں کسی نے جما ع کیا ؟

(29) CHAPTER. Whoever has a sexual intercourse with wife in Ramadan, (intentionally, he has to pay expiation).

اگر کسی نے رمضان میں قصداً جماع کیا !

(30) CHAPTER: If somebody had a sexual intercourse with his wife in Ramadan and has got nothing, then if he is given something in charity, he should give the expiation of that sinful act.

رمضان میں اپنی بیوی کے ساتھ قصداً ہمبستر ہونے والا شخص کیا کرے ؟

(31) CHAPTER. Can a person who has had sexual intercourse (with his wife) in Ramadan feed his family from things given as expiation of his sin if they are needy?

روزہ دار کا پچھنا لگوانا اور قے کرنا کیسا ہے

(32) CHAPTER. Cupping (letting out blood medically) and vomiting of a person observing Saum (fast).

سفر میں روزہ رکھنا اور افطار کرنا

(33) CHAPTER. To observe Saum (fast) or not to observe Saum during journeys.

جب رمضان میں کچھ روزے رکھ کر کوئی سفر کرے

(34) CHAPTER. If a person observed Saum (fast) some days of Ramadan and then went on a journey (is it permissible for him to break his Saum).

(35) CHAPTER.

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا فرمانا اس شخص کے لیے جس پر شدت گرمی کی وجہ سے سایہ کر دیا گیا تھا کہ

(36) CHAPTER. The saying of the Prophet to the person observing Saum (fast) who was being shaded on a very hot day, It is not from Al-Birr (righteousness) to observe As-Saum (the fast) on a journey.

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے اصحاب رضی اللہ عنہم ( سفر میں ) روزہ رکھتے یا نہ رکھتے وہ ایک دوسرے پر نکتہ چینی نہیں کیا کرتے تھے

(37) CHAPTER. The Companions of the Prophet did not criticize each other for observing Saum (fast) or not observing Saum (fast) (on journeys).

سفر میں لوگوں کو دکھا کر روزہ افطا کر ڈالنا

(38) CHAPTER. Whoever broke his Saum (fast) on a journey (publicly) so that the people might see him.

سورۃ البقرہ کی اس آیت کا بیان وعلی الذین یطیقونہ فدیۃ الایۃ

(39) CHAPTER. (The Statement of Allah): And as for those who can fast with difficulty (e.g. the aged etc) they have (a choice either to fast or) to feed a Miskin (poor person) (for every day). (V.2:184)

رمضان کے قضاء روزے کب رکھے جائیں

(40) CHAPTER. When to make up for the missed days of fasting of Ramadan.

حیض والی عورت نہ نماز پڑھے اور نہ روزے رکھے

(41) CHAPTER. The menstruating women should leave the Saum (fast) and As-Salat (the prayer).
