کتاب اجرت کے مسائل کا بیان

The book of hiring.

کسی بھی نیک مرد کو مزدوری پر لگانا اور اللہ تعالیٰ کا یہ فرمانا کہ

(1) CHAPTER. To hire a pious man.

چند قیراط کی مزدوری پر بکریاں چرانا

(2) CHAPTER. To shepherd sheep for Qirat.

جب کوئی مسلمان مزدور نہ ملے تو ضرورت کے وقت مشرکوں سے مزدوری کرانا جائز ہے

(3) CHAPTER. The employment of Mushrikun (by Muslims) if necessary, or if no Muslim is available for that purpose.

کوئی شخص کسی مزدور کو اس شرط پر رکھے کہ

(4) CHAPTER. It is legal if somebody hires someone to work for him after three days, or after one month or after a year. When that period elapses they should carry out their contract.

جہاد میں کسی کومزدور کر کے لے جانا

(5) CHAPTER. Employing labourers for services in holy battles.

اگر کوئی شخص کسی کو اس کام پر مقرر کرے کہ وہ گرتی ہوئی دیوار کو درست کر دے تو جائز ہے

(7) CHAPTER. It is permissible for one to employ someone to repair a wall which is about to collapse.

آدھے دن کے لیے مزدور لگانا ( جائز ہے )

(8) CHAPTER. Employment up to midday.

عصر کی نماز تک مزدور لگانا

(9) CHAPTER. Employment up to the Asr.

اس امر کا بیان کہ مزدور کی مزدوری مار لینے کا گناہ کتنا ہے

(10) CHAPTER. The sin of him who withholds the wages of employee.

عصر سے لے کر رات تک مزدوری کرانا

(11) CHAPTER. Employment from Asr till night.

اگر کسی نے کوئی مزدور کیا اور وہ مزدور اپنی اجرت لیے بغیر چلا گیا

(12) CHAPTER. Whosover employed a labourer (and after comleting the work) the labourer left the wages and went away. The employer invested that money in some way and increased it thereby, or whoever invested somebody else's money in business and increased it thereby.

جس نے اپنی پیٹھ پر بوجھ اٹھانے کی مزدوری کی یعنی حمالی کی اور پھر اسے صدقہ کر دیا اور حمال کی اجرت کا بیان

(13) CHAPTER. One who employs himself to carry loads on his back and then gives in charity from his wages, and (what is said about) the wages of porters.

دلالی کی اجرت لینا

(14) CHAPTER. Wages of a broker.

کیا کوئی مسلمان دار الحرب میں کسی مشرک کی مزدوری کر سکتا ہے ؟

(15) CHAPTER. Is it permissible for a Muslim to work as an employee for Mushrikun in a land of infidelity?

سورۃ الفاتحہ پڑھ کر عربوں پر پھونکنا اور اس پر اجرت لے لینا

(16) CHAPTER. What is paid for Ruqya (i.e., Divine Speech recited as a means of curing diseases) with Surat Al-Fatiha, when practised over an Arab tribe.

غلام لونڈی پر روزانہ ایک رقم مقرر کردینا

(17) CHAPTER. The taxes imposed on the slaves by their masters; and the leniency in imposing taxes on female slaves.

پچھنا لگانے والے کی اجرت کا بیان

(18) CHAPTER. The wages of one who has the profession of cupping.

اس کے متعلق جس نے کسی غلام کے مالکوں سے غلام کے اوپر مقررہ ٹیکس میں کمی کے لیے سفارش کی

(19) CHAPTER. Whoever appealed to the masters of a slave to reduce his taxes.

رنڈی اور فاحشہ لونڈی کی خرچی کا بیان

(20) CHAPTER. The earnings of prostitutes and female-slaves.

نر کی جفتی ( پر اجرت ) لینا

(21) CHAPTER. (Charging for) the semen of a male animal, (i.e., copulation of animals).
