کتاب: حج کے احکام ومسائل

The book of pilgrimage

قربانی کے لیے لائے گئے جانوروں کا گوشت ‘ان کی کھالیں اور جھولیں (اوپر ڈالے گئے کپڑے )وغیرہ صدقہ کرنے چاہییں ‘ان میں سے کچھ بھی قصاب کو (بطور اجرت )نہیں دیا جا سکتا ‘اور ان کی نگرانی کےلیے کسی کو نائب بنانا جائز ہے

Chapter: Giving the meat, skin and blankets of the Hadi in charity; the butcher should not be given any of it; It is permissible to delegate someone else to offer the sacrifice

قربانی میں شراکت جائز ہے ‘اونٹ اور گائے میں سے ہر ایک سات افراد کی طرف سے کافی ہے

Chapter: It is permissible to share in the sacrifice, and a camel or a cow is sufficient for seven people

اونٹ کو کھڑی حالت میں گھٹنا باندھ کر نحر کرنا مستحب ہے

Chapter: It is recommended to sacrifice the camel when it is standing and tied

جو شخص خود نہ جانا چاہتا ہو اس کےلیے حرم میں قربانی کا جانور بھیجنا مستحب ہے

Chapter: It is recommended to send the sacrificial animal to the Haram for one who does not intend to go there himself; It is reommended to garland it and to make the garland, but the one who sends it does not enter a state of Ihram, and nothing is forbidden to him because of that

ضرورت مند کےلیے قربانی کے طور پر بھیجے گئے اونٹ پر سوار ہونا جائز ہے

Chapter: It is permissible to ride the sacrificial animal if necessary

جب ہدی کے جانور راستے میں تھک جائیں تو ان کے ساتھ کیا کیا جائے ؟

Chapter: What should be done with the sacrificial animal if it gets injured on the way?

طواف وداع کی فرضیت اروحیض والی عورت سے (اگر وہ طواف افاضہ کر چکی ہے )اس (فرض )کا ساقط ہو جانا

Chapter: The farewell Tawaf is obligatory, but it is waived in the case of menstruating women

حاجی اور دوسرے لوگوں کے لیے کعیہ میں داخل ہونا ‘نیز اس میں نماز ادا کرنا اور اس کی تمام اطراف میں دعا کرنا مستحب ہے

Chapter: It is recommended for pilgrims and others to enter the Ka'bah and pray therein, and supplicate in all its corners

کعبہ (کی عمارت )کو گرا کر (نئی )تعمیر کرنا

Chapter: Demolishing the Ka'bah and rebuilding it

کعبہ کی دیوار یں اور اس کا دروازہ

Chapter: The wall and the door of the Ka'bah

دائمی معذور اور بوڑھے وغیرہ کی طرف سے اور میت کی طرف سے حج کرنا

Chapter: Hajj on behalf of one who is incapable of doing it because of chronic illness, old age and the like, or on behalf of one who has died

بچے کا حج کرنا صحیح ہے ‘جس نے اسے حج کروایا‘اس کا اجر

Chapter: Validity of a child's hajj, and the reward of the one who takes him for Hajj

زندگی میں ایک بار حج کرنا فرض ہے

Chapter: Hajj is obligatory once in a lifetime

Chapter: It is recommended to recite statements of remembrance when setting out for Hajj or any other purpose, and the best of this remembrances

جب کوئی آدمی حج یا دوسرے سفر سے لوٹے تو کیا کہے

Chapter: What should be said when returning from Hajj and other journeys

حج عمرہ سے لوٹنے والے کے لیے ذوالحلیفہ کی وادی سے گزرتے ہوئے وہاں قیام کرنا اور نماز پڑھنا مستحب ہے

Chapter: It is recommended to stop in Batha' of Dhul-Hulaifah and pray there when departing from Hajj and 'Umrah, or any time one passes through it

کوئی مشرک بیت اللہ کا حج کرے نہ کوئی برہنہ ہو کر بیت اللہ کا طواف کرے ‘اور حج اکبر کے دن کی وضاحت

Chapter: No idolator may circumambulate the house, and no one may circumambulate the house naked, and when the greatest day of Hajj is
