کتاب استسقاء یعنی پانی مانگنے کا بیان

The book of al-istisqa.

پانی مانگنا اور نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا پانی کے لیے ( جنگل میں ) نکلنا

(1) CHAPTER. Al-Istisqa and the going out of the Prophet to offer Istisqa prayer.

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا قریش کے کافروں پر بددعا کرناکہ الٰہی ان کے سال ایسے کر دے جیسے یوسف علیہ السلام کے سال ( قحط ) کے گزرے ہیں

(2) CHAPTER. Invocation of the Prophet : O Allah! Send (drought-famine) years on them (pagans of Makkah) like the (drought-famine) years of (Prophet) Yusuf (Joseph).

قحط کے وقت لوگ امام سے پانی کی دعا کرنے کے لیے کہہ سکتے ہیں

(3) CHAPTER. Request of the people to the Imam to offer the Istisqa prayer and invoke Allah for rain during drought.

استسقاء میں چادر الٹنا

(4) CHAPTER. Turning one's cloak inside out while offering the Istisqa prayer.

جامع مسجد میں استسقاء یعنی پانی کی دعا کرنا

(6) CHAPTER. Istisqa (i.e. to offer a two Raka Salat (prayer) and then invoke Allah for rain) in the main mosque (of the town).

جمعہ کا خطبہ پڑھتے وقت جب منہ قبلہ کی طرف نہ ہو پانی کے لیے دعا کرنا

(7) CHAPTER. To invoke Allah for rain in the Khutba of Friday facing a direction other than the Qiblah.

منبر پر پانی کے لیے دعا کرنا

(8) CHAPTER. Istisqa (to invoke Allah for the rain) on the pulpit.

پانی کی دعا کرنے میں جمعہ کی نماز کو کافی سمجھنا ( یعنی علیحدہ استسقاء کی نماز نہ پڑھنا اور اس کی نیت کرنا یہ بھی استسقاء کی ایک شکل ہے )

(9) CHAPTER. Whoever thought it sufficient to invoke Allah for rain in the Salat-ul-Jumuah (Jumuah prayer).

اگر بارش کی کثرت سے راستے بند ہو جائیں تو پانی تھمنے کی دعا کر سکتے ہیں

(10) CHAPTER. Invocation (for stoppage of rain) if the roads are cut off because of excessive rain.

جب نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جمعہ کے دن مسجد ہی میں پانی کی دعا کی تو چادر نہیں الٹائی

(11) CHAPTER. The saying that “The Prophet did not turn his cloak inside out during the invocation for rain on Friday.”

جب لوگ امام سے دعائے استسقاء کی درخواست کریں تو رد نہ کرئے ۔

(12) CHAPTER. If the people request the Imam to invoke Allah for rain, the Imam should not refuse the request.

اس بارے میں کہ اگر قحط میں مشرکین مسلمانوں سے دعا کی درخواست کریں ؟

(13) CHAPTER. If Al-Mushrikun [polytheists, pagans, idolaters, and disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah and in His Messenger Muhammad ] intercede the Muslims to invoke Allah for rain during drought.

جب بارش حد سے زیادہ ہو تو اس بات کی دعا کہ ہمارے یہاں بارش بند ہو جائے اور اردگرد برسے

(14) CHAPTER. To say, “Around us and not on us,” when it rains excessively.

استسقاء میں کھڑے ہو کر خطبہ میں دعا مانگنا

(15) CHAPTER. To invoke Allah for rain while standing.

استسقاء کی نماز میں بلند آواز سے قرآت کرنا

(16) CHAPTER. To recite aloud while offering the prayer of Istisqa.

استسقاء میں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے لوگوں کی طرف پشت مبارک کس طرح موڑی تھی ؟

(17) CHAPTER. How the Prophet turned his back towards the people [while offering the SaIat (prayer) for rain].

استسقاء کی نماز دو رکعتیں پڑھنا

(18) CHAPTER. The Salat-ul-Istisqa (Istisqa prayer) consists of two Raka.

عیدگاہ میں بارش کی دعا کرنا

(19) CHAPTER. To offer the Istisqa prayer at the Musalla.

استسقاء میں قبلہ کی طرف منہ کرنا

(20) CHAPTER. Facing the Qiblah while offering the Istisqa prayer.

استسقاء میں امام کے ساتھ لوگوں کا بھی ہا تھ اٹھانا

(21) CHAPTER. While offering the Istisqa prayer, people should raise their hands (for invocation) along with the Imam.
