کتاب جنازے کے احکام و مسائل

The book of al-janaiz (funerals).

جو شخص مصیبت کے وقت ( اپنے نفس پر زور ڈال کر ) اپنا رنج ظاہر نہ کرے

(41) CHAPTER. Whoever shows no signs of grief and sorrow on the falling of a calamity.

صبر وہی ہے جو مصیبت آتے ہی کیا جائے

(42) CHAPTER. Patience is to be observed at the first stroke of a calamity.

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا فرمانا کہ اے ابراھیم ! ہم تمہاری جدائی پر غمگین ہیں

(43) CHAPTER. The saying of the Prophet (at the death of his son Ibrahim): “ Indeed we are grieved by your separation.”

مریض کے پاس رونا کیسا ہے ؟

(44) CHAPTER. To weep near a patient.

کس طرح کے نوحہ و بکا سے منع کرنا اور اس پر جھڑکنا چاہیے

(45) CHAPTER. The forbiddance of wailing and crying aloud; and scolding those who practise them.

جنازہ دیکھ کر کھڑے ہو جانا

(46) CHAPTER. Standing for the funeral procession.

اگر کوئی جنازہ دیکھ کر کھڑا ہو جائے تو اسے کب بیٹھنا چاہئے ؟

(47) CHAPTER. When should one sit after standing for the funeral procession?

جو شخص جنازہ کے ساتھ ہو وہ اس وقت تک نہ بیٹھے جب تک جنازہ لوگوں کے کاندھوں سے اتار کر زمین پر نہ رکھ دیا جائے اور اگر پہلے بیٹھ جائے تو اس سے کھڑا ہونے کے لیے کہا جائے

(48) CHAPTER. Whoever accompanies a funeral procession should not sit till the coffin is put down from the shoulders of men, and if someone sits before this, then he is to be ordered to stand up.

اس شخص کے بارے میں جو یہودی کا جنازہ دیکھ کر کھڑا ہو گیا

(49) CHAPTER. Standing for the funeral procession of a Jew.

اس بارے میں کہ عورتیں نہیں بلکہ مرد ہی جنازے کو اٹھائیں

(50) CHAPTER. Men, and not women, are to carry the coffin.

جنازے کو جلد لے چلنا

(51) CHAPTER. Hurrying up with the coffin.

نیک میت چارپائی پر کہتا ہے کہ مجھے آگے بڑھائے چلو ( جلد دفناؤ )

(52) CHAPTER. The saying of the deceased while he is being carried on the bier, “Take me quickly.”

امام کے پیچھے جنازہ کی نماز کے لیے دو یا تین صفیں کرنا

(53) CHAPTER. Whoever aligned in two or three rows behind the Imam for a funeral Salat (prayer).

جنازہ کی نماز میں صفیں باندھنا

(54) CHAPTER. The rows for funeral prayer.

جنازے کی نماز میں بچے بھی مردوں کے برابر کھڑے ہوں

(55) CHAPTER. The lining up of boys in rows with men in the funeral prayer.

جنازے پر نماز کا مشروع ہونا

(56) CHAPTER. The legal way of offering the funeral prayer.

جنازہ کے ساتھ جانے کی فضیلت

(57) CHAPTER. Superiority of accompanying funeral processions.

جو شخص دفن ہونے تک ٹھہرا رہے

(58) CHAPTER. Whoever waits till the deceased is buried.

بڑوں کے ساتھ بچوں کا بھی نماز جنازہ میں شریک ہونا

(59) CHAPTER. The offering of the funeral Salat (prayer) by boys along with the men.

نماز جنازہ عیدگاہ میں اور مسجد میں ( ہر دو جگہ جائز ہے )

(60) CHAPTER. To offer the funeral Salat (prayer) at a Musalla and in the mosque.
