کتاب جنازے کے احکام و مسائل

The book of al-janaiz (funerals).

قبروں پر مسجد بنانا مکروہ ہے

(61) CHAPTER. What is disliked of establishing places for worship (mosques) over the graves.

اگر کسی عورت کا نفاس کی حالت میں انتقال ہو جائے تو اس پر نماز جنازہ پڑھنا

(62) CHAPTER. The offering of the funeral Salat (prayer) of a woman who died during the delivery (of a child).

اس بارے میں کہ عورت اور مرد کی نماز جنازہ میں کہاں کھڑا ہوا جائے ؟

(63) CHAPTER. Where should the Imam stand while leading the funeral prayer of a female or a male?

نماز جنازہ میں چار تکبیریں کہنا

(64) CHAPTER. There are four Takbir in the funeral prayers.

نماز جنازہ میں سورۃ فاتحہ پڑھنا ( ضروری ہے )

(65) CHAPTER. The recitation of Surat-al-Fatiha in the funeral Salat.

مردہ کو دفن کرنے کے بعد قبر پر نماز جنازہ پڑھنا

(66) CHAPTER. To offer the (funeral) Salat (prayer) on the grave after the burial of the deceased.

اس بیان میں کہ مردہ لوٹ کر جانے والوں کے جوتوں کی آواز سنتا ہے

(67) CHAPTER. A dead person hears the footsteps (of the living).

جو شخص ارض مقدس یا ایسی ہی کسی برکت والی جگہ دفن ہونے کا آرزو مند ہو

(68) CHAPTER. Whoever desired to be buried in the Sacred Land or something like it.

رات میں دفن کرنا کیسا ہے ؟ اور حضرت ابوبکر صدیق رضی اللہ عنہ رات میں دفن کئے گئے

(69) CHAPTER. Burial at night and Abu Bakr رضی اللہ عنہ was buried at night.

قبر پر مسجد تعمیر کرنا کیسا ہے ؟

(70) CHAPTER. Building a mosque (a place of worship) at a grave.

عورت کی قبر میں کون اترے ؟

(71) CHAPTER. Who may get down in the grave of a woman.

شہید کی نماز جنازہ پڑھیں یا نہیں ؟

(72) CHAPTER. The funeral Salat (prayer) of a martyr.

دو یاتین آدمیوں کو ایک قبر میں دفن کرنا

(73) CHAPTER. The burial of two or three men in one grave.

اس شخص کی دلیل جو شہداء کا غسل مناسب نہیں سمجھتا

(74) CHAPTER. Whoever thinks that no bath is required for the martyrs.

بغلی قبر میں کون آگے رکھا جائے

(75) CHAPTER. Who should be put first in the Lahd (a side extension of a grave) and it is called Lahd because it is to the side. If it is a straight one (i.e. has no side extension), it is called Darih.

اذخر اور سوکھی گھاس قبر میں بچھانا

(76) CHAPTER. The placing of Idhkhir (a kind of shrub with a fragrant smell) and grass in the grave.

باب کہ میت کو کسی خاص وجہ سے قبر یا لحد سے باہر نکالا جا سکتا ہے ؟

(77) CHAPTER. Can the dead body be taken out of its grave and Lahd for some reason?

بغلی یا صندوقی قبر بنانا

(78) CHAPTER. The Lahd and the (straight) cut in the grave.

ایک بچہ اسلام لایا پھر اس کا انتقال ہو گیا ‘ تو کیا اس کی نماز جنازہ پڑھی جائے گی ؟ اور کیا بچے کے سامنے اسلام کی دعوت پیش کی جا سکتی ہے ؟

(79) CHAPTER. If a boy becomes a Muslim and then dies, should a funeral prayer be offered for him? Should Islam be explained to a boy (below the age of puberty)?

جب ایک مشرک موت کے وقت لا الٰہ الا اللہ کہہ لے

(80) CHAPTER. If Al-Mushrik says, “La ilaha illallah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) at the time of his death.
