کتاب جہاد کا بیان

The book of jihad (fighting for allah’s cause).

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا ( غیر مسلموں کو ) اسلام کی طرف دعوت دینا

(102) CHAPTER. The invitation of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) to embrace Islam, and to believe in his Prophethood and not to take each other as Lords instead of Allah.

لڑائی کا مقام چھپانا ( دوسرا مقام بیان کرنا ) اور جمعرات کے دن سفر کرنا

(103) CHAPTER. Concealing the true destination of a Ghazwa by using an equivocation which indicates apparently that one is going to a different destination; and the preference of Thursday for journeys (by the Prophet (p.b.u.h)).

ظہر کی نماز کے بعد سفر کرنا

(104) CHAPTER. Setting out after midday.

مہینہ کے آخری دنوں میں سفر کرنا

(105) CHAPTER. Setting out in the last part of the month.

رمضان کے مہینے میں سفر کرنا

(106) CHAPTER. Travelling in Ramadan.

سفر شروع کرتے وقت مسافر کو رخصت کرنا

(107) CHAPTER. Bidding farewell.

امام ( بادشاہ یا حاکم ) کی اطاعت کرنا

(108) CHAPTER. Listening to and obeying the Imam (i.e., Muslim ruler) (if he abides by Allah's Orders).

امام ( بادشاہ اسلام ) کے ساتھ ہو کر لڑنا اور اس کے زیر سایہ اپنا ( دشمن کے حملوں سے ) بچاو کرنا

(109) CHAPTER. The Imam (i.e., Muslim ruler) should be defended (by the Muslims and he is to be taken as their protector).

لڑائی سے نہ بھاگنے پر اور بعضوں نے کہا مر جانے پر بیعت کرنا

(110) CHAPTER. To give a Bai'a for not to flee during a battle.

بادشاہ اسلامی کی اطاعت لوگوں پر واجب ہے جہاں تک وہ طاقت رکھیں

(111) CHAPTER. The Imam should order the people to do only those things that are within their ability.

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم دن ہوتے ہی اگر جنگ نہ شروع کر دیتے تو سورج کے ڈھلنے تک لڑائی ملتوی رکھتے

(112) CHAPTER. If the Prophet (p.b.u.h) had not started fighting during the early hours of the day, he would delay it till the sun had declined (i.e., after midday).

اگر کوئی جہاد میں سے لوٹنا چاہے یا جہاد میں نہ جانا چاہے تو امام سے اجازت لے

(113) CHAPTER. Asking the permission of Imam (if one wishes not to participate in a holy battle).

خوف اور دہشت کے وقت ( حالات معلوم کرنے کے لیے ) امام کا آگے بڑھنا

(116) CHAPTER. The setting out of the Imam, before the people at the time of fright.

خوف کے موقع پر جلدی سے گھو ڑے کو ایڑ لگانا

(117) CHAPTER. To be quick and to make the horse gallop at the time of fright.

کسی کو اجرت دے کر اپنے طرف سے جہاد کرانا اور اللہ کی راہ میں سواری دینا

(119) CHAPTER. The wages given to fight on somebody else's behalf, and the riding animals presenyed to be used in Allah's Cause.

جو شخص مزدوری لے کر جہاد میں شریک ہو

(120) CHAPTER. The labourer (whose services are hired for the purpose of Jihad).

آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے جھنڈے کا بیان

(121) CHAPTER. What has been said regarding the flag of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) .

آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا یہ فرمانا کہ ایک مہینے کی راہ سے اللہ نے میرا رعب ( کافروں کے دلوں میں ) ڈال کر میری مدد کی ہے

(122) CHAPTER. The Statement of the prophet (p.b.u.h) : I have been made victorious for a distance of one month journey with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy).

سفر جہاد میں توشہ ( خرچ وغیرہ ) ساتھ رکھنا

(123) CHAPTER. Providing oneself with food when going on a military expendition.

توشہ اپنے کندھوں پر لاد کر خود لے جانا

(124) CHAPTER. To carry the journey-food on one's shoulder.
