کتاب جزیہ وغیرہ کے بیان میں

The book of al-jizya and the stoppage of war.

جزیہ کا اور کافروں سے ایک مدت تک لڑائی نہ کرنے کا بیان

(1) CHAPTER. Al-Jizya (i.e., tax taken from all non-Muslims living under the protection of Islamic state) taken from the Dhimmi, and the stoppage of war for a while with the enemies.

اگر بستی کے حاکم سے صلح ہو جائے تو بستی والوں سے بھی صلح سمجھی جائے گی

(2) CHAPTER. If the Imam concludes a truce with the king of a country, will peace be observed in regard to all the people of that country?

آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جن کافروں کو امان دی ( اپنے ذمہ میں لیا ) ان کے امان کو قائم رکھنے کی وصیت کرنا

(3) CHAPTER. The advice to take care of non-Muslims who have a covenant of Allah's Messenger (p.b.u.h).

آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا بحرین سے ( مجاہدین کو کچھ معاش ) دینا اور بحرین کی آمدنی اور جزیہ میں سے کسی کو کچھ دینے کا وعدہ کرنا اس کا بیان اور اس کا کہ جو مال کافروں سے بن لڑے ہاتھ آئے یا جزیہ وہ کن لوگوں کو تقسیم کیا جائے ۔

(4) CHAPTER. What grants the Prophet (p.b.u.h) gave from the land of Bahrain, and what he promised to give (some people) from the Bahrain money resources and from Al-Jizya. And to whom should the Fai (i.e., booty gained without fight) and the Jizya be distributed?

کسی ذمی کافر کو ناحق مار ڈالنا کیسا گناہ ہے ؟

(5) CHAPTER. The sin of one who kills an innocent person having a treaty with the Muslims.

یہودیوں کو عرب کے ملک سے نکال باہر کرنا

(6) CHAPTER. The expelling of the Jews from the Arabian Peninsula.

اگر کافر مسلمانوں سے دغا کریں تو ان کو معافی دی جا سکتی ہے یا نہیں ؟

(7) CHAPTER. If Al-Mushrikun (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, and disblelievers in Oneness of Allah and in His Messenger Muhammad (p.b.u.h)) prove treacherous to the Muslims, may they be forgiven?

وعدہ توڑنے والوں کے حق میں امام کی بددعا

(8) CHAPTER. The invocation of the Imam against those who break their covenant (with the Muslims).

( مسلمان ) عورتیں اگر کسی ( غیرمسلم ) کو امان اور پناہ دیں ؟

(9) CHAPTER. The offering of shelter and peace to someone by women.

مسلمان سب برابر ہیں اگر ایک ادنیٰ مسلمان کسی کافر کو پناہ دے تو سب مسلمانوں کو قبول کرنا چاہئے

(10) CHAPTER. The asylum and protection granted by the Muslims should be respected and observed by all of them, even if it is granted by one of the lowest social status.

مشرکوں سے مال وغیرہ پرصلح کرنا ، لڑائی چھوڑ دینا ، اور جو کوئی عہد پورا نہ کرے اس کا گناہ

(12) CHAPTER. Making peace with Al-Mushrikun (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, and disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah and in His Messenger Muhammad (p.b.u.h)) and the reconciliation with them by means of money or other means, and the sin of the person who does not fulfil the terms of the treaty.

عہد پورا کرنے کی فضیلت

(13) CHAPTER. The superiority of fulfilling one's covenant.

اگر کسی ذمی نے کسی پر جادو کر دیا تو کیا اسے معاف کیا جا سکتا ہے ؟

(14) CHAPTER. If a Dhimmi practises magic, can he be excused?

دغابازی کرنا کیسا گناہ ہے ؟

(15) CHAPTER. Caution against treachery.

عہد کیوں کر واپس کیا جائے ؟

(16) CHAPTER. How to revoke a covenant.

معاہدہ کرنے کے بعد دغابازی کرنے والے پر گناہ ؟

(17) CHAPTER. The sin of a person who makes a covenant and then proves treacherous.

(18) CHAPTER:

تین دن یا ایک معین مدت کے لیے صلح کرنا

(19) CHAPTER. It is permissible to conclude a peace treaty of three days or any other fixed period.

مشرکوں کی لاشوں کو کنویں میں پھینکوانا اور ان کی لاشوں کی ( اگر ان کے ورثاء دینا بھی چاہیں تو بھی ) قیمت نہ لینا ۔

(21) CHAPTER. The throwing of the dead bodies of Al-Mushrikun in a well, and no price should be accepted for such dead bodies (in case their families want to take them).

دغابازی کرنے والے پر گناہ خواہ وہ کسی نیک آدمی کے ساتھ ہو یا بے عمل کے ساتھ

(22) CHAPTER. The sin of a betrayer (treacherous and perfidious person) whether he betrays a good or bad person.
