کتاب مشروبات کے بیان میں

The book of drinks.

اور اللہ تعالیٰ کے فرمان ( سورۃ المائدہ ) کی تفسیر

(1) CHAPTER. The Statement of Allah: “Intoxicants (all kind of alcoholic drinks), gambling, Al-Ansab and Al-Azlam (arrows for seeking luck or decision) are an abomination of Shaitan's (satan) handiwork. So avoid (strickly all) that (abomination) in order that you may be sucessful... (V.5:90)

شراب انگور وغیرہ سے بھی بنتی ہے

(2) CHAPTER. Alcoholic drinks prepared from grapes and other things.

شراب کی حرمت جب نازل ہوئی تو وہ کچی اور پکی کھجوروں سے تیار کی جاتی تھی

(3) CHAPTER. Prohibition of alcoholic drinks have been revealed and these drinks are prepared from unripe and ripe dates.

شہد کی شراب جسے ” بتع “ کہتے تھے اور معن بن عیسیٰ نے کہا کہ

(4) CHAPTER. Alcoholic drinks prepared from honey is called Al-Bit.

اس بارے میں کہ جو بھی پینے والی چیز عقل کو مدہوش کر دے وہ ” خمر “ ہے ۔

(5) CHAPTER. What has been said (about the statement). Alcoholic drink is any drink that disturbs the mind.

اس شخص کی برائی کے بیان میں جو شراب کا نام بدل کر اسے حلال کرے

(6) CHAPTER. What is said regarding the one who regards an alcoholic drink lawful to drink, and calls it by another name.

برتنوں اور پتھر کے پیالوں میں نبیذ بھگونا جائز ہے

(7) CHAPTER. To prepare non-alcoholic drinks in bowls or Taur (a bowl made of stone, cooper or wood).

ممانعت کے بعد ہر قسم کے برتنوں میں نبیذ بھگو نے کے لیے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی طرف سے اجازت کا ہونا

(8) CHAPTER. The Prophet re-allowed the use of (certain kinds of) bowl and containers after he had forbidden their use.

کھجور کا شربت یعنی نبیذ جب تک نشہ آور نہ ہو پینا جائز ہے

(9) CHAPTER. (One can drink) date-syrup as long as it does not intoxicate (not fermented).

باذق ( انگور کے شیرہ کی ہلکی آنچ میں پکائی ہوئی شراب ) کے بارے میں

(10) CHAPTER. Al-Badhaq (a kind of alcoholic drink).

اس بیان میں کہ گدری اور پکتہ کھجور ملا کر بھگونے سے جس نے منع کیا ہے نشہ کی وجہ سے اسی وجہ سے دو سالن ملانا منع ہے

(11) CHAPTER. Whoever consider that the unripe-date drink and ripe-date drink should not be mixed with each other if it is an intoxicant, and that two kinds of cooked food should not be put in one dish.

دودھ پینا اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے سورۃ النحل میں فرمایا کہ

(12) CHAPTER. The drink of milk.

میٹھا پانی ڈھونڈنا

(13) CHAPTER. To seek fresh water.

دودھ میں پانی ملانا ( بشرطیکہ دھوکے سے بیچا نہ جائے ) جائز ہے

(14) CHAPTER. The drinking of milk (mixed) with water.

کسی میٹھی چیز کا شربت اور شہد کا شربت بنانا جائز ہے

(15) CHAPTER. The drinking of sweet edible things (syrups etc.) and honey.

کھڑے کھڑے پانی پینا

(16) CHAPTER. To drink while standing.

جس نے اونٹ پر بیٹھ کر ( پانی یا دودھ ) پیا

(17) CHAPTER. Whoever drank while he was on the back of camel.

پینے میں تقسیم کا دور داہنی طرف ۔ پس داہنی طرف سے شروع ہو

(18) CHAPTER. The one on the right should drink first.

اگر آدمی داہنی طرف والے سے اجازت لے کر پہلے بائیں طرف والے کو دے جو عمر میں بڑا ہو

(19) CHAPTER. Shoul one ask the permission of the one sitting on one's right so as to to give the drink to an elder person first?

حوض سے منہ لگا کر پانی پینا جائز ہے

(20) CHAPTER. To drink water from a basin by putting one's mouth in it.
