کتاب اخلاق کے بیان میں

The book of al-adab (good manners).

احسان اور رشتہ ناطہٰ پروری کی فضیلت

(1) CHAPTER. Al-Birr (piety, righteousness), and As-Sila (good relations).

رشتہ والوں میں اچھے سلوک کا سب سے زیادہ حقدار کون ہے ؟

(2) CHAPTER. Who is more entitled to be treated with the best companionship?

والدین کی اجازت کے بغیر کسی کو جہاد کے لیے نہ جانا چاہیئے

(3) CHAPTER. One should not go for Jihad (fighting in Allah's Cause) without the permission of the parents.

کوئی شخص اپنے ماں باپ کو گالی گلوچ نہ دے

(4) CHAPTER. A man should not abuse his parents.

جس شخص نے اپنے والدین کے ساتھ نیک سلوک کیا اس کی دعا قبول ہوتی ہے

(5) CHAPTER. The invocation of the person who is dutiful to his parents is fulfilled (i.e., accepted by Allah).

والدین کی نافرمانی بہت ہی بڑے گناہ میں سے ہے

(6) CHAPTER. To be undutiful to one's parents is one of the greatest sins.

والد کافر یا مشرک ہو تب بھی اس کے ساتھ نیک سلوک کرنا

(7) CHAPTER. To be good to a father who is a Mushrik.

اگر خاوند والی مسلمان عورت اپنے کافر ماں کے ساتھ نیک سلوک کرے

(8) CHAPTER. The kindness shown by a lady who has a husband, to her mother.

کافرومشرک بھائی کے ساتھ اچھا سلوک کرنا

(9) CHAPTER. To be good to one's brother who is a Mushrik.

ناطہٰ والوں سے صلہرحمی کی فضیلت

(10) CHAPTER. The superiority of keeping good relations with one's relatives.

قطعرحمی کرنے والے کا گناہ

(11) CHAPTER. The sin of Al-Qati (the person who severs the blood of kinship).

ناطہٰ والوں سے نیک سلوک کرنا رزق میں فراخی کا ذریعہ بنتا ہے

(12) CHAPTER. Whoever was made wealthy because of keeping good relations with his kith and kin.

جو شخص ناطہٰ جوڑے گا اللہ تعالیٰ بھی اس سے ملاپ رکھے گا

(13) CHAPTER. Allah will keep good relations with the one who will keep good relations with his kith and kin.

آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا یہ فرمانا ناطہٰ اگر قائم رکھ کر تروتازہ رکھا جائے ( یعنی ناطہٰ کی رعایت کی جائے ) تو دوسرا بھی ناطہٰ کو تروتازہ رکھے گا ۔

(15) CHAPTER. Al-Wasil (the one who keeps good relations with his kith and kin) is not the one who recompenses the good done to him by his relatives.

ناطہٰ جوڑنے کے یہ معنی نہیں ہیں کہ صرف بدلہ ادا کر دے

(16) CHAPTER. Whosoever kept good relations with his kith and kin while he was a Mushrik (pagan) and then embraced Islam.

جس نے کفر کی حالت میں صلہرحمی کی اور پھر اسلام لایا تو اس کا ثواب قائم رہے گا

(17) CHAPTER. Whoever allowed a small girl of another person to play with him, or kissed her or had a joke with her.

بچے کے ساتھ رحم و شفقت کرنا ، اسے بوسہ دینا اور گلے سے لگانا

(18) CHAPTER. To be merciful to one's children kiss them and embrace them.

اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنی رحمت کے سو حصے بنائے ہیں

(19) CHAPTER. Allah divided mercy into one hundred parts.

اولاد کو اس ڈر سے مار ڈالنا کہ ان کو اپنے ساتھ کھلانا پڑے گا

(20) CHAPTER. The killing of one's own children for the fear that they will share his meals.

بچے کو گود میں بٹھلانا

(21) CHAPTER. To take a child in one's lap.
