کتاب خرید و فروخت کے مسائل کا بیان

The book of sales (bargains).

اللہ تعالیٰ کے اس ارشاد سے متعلق احادیث کہ

(1) CHAPTER. What has come in the Statement of Allah: Then when the (Jumuah) SaIat is ended, you may disperse through the land, and seek of the Bounty of Allah... And Allah is the Best of Providers. (V.62:10,11) And also His Statement: Eat not up your property among yourselves unjustly except it be a trade among yourselves unjustly except it be a trade amongst you, by mutual consent... (V.4:29)

حلال واضح ہے اور حرام بھی واضح ہے لیکن ان دونوں کے درمیان کچھ شک و شبہ والی چیزیں بھی ہیں

(2) CHAPTER. Legal, illegal things are clearly defined, and in between them are some doubtful (unclear) things.

ملتی جلتی چیزیں یعنی شبہ والے امور کیا ہیں ؟

(3) CHAPTER. Explanation of doubtful (unclear) things.

مشتبہ چیزوں سے پرہیز کرنا

(4) CHAPTER. What doubtful (unclear) things should be avoided?

دل میں وسوسہ آنے سے شبہ نہ کرنا چاہئیے

(5) CHAPTER. Whoever does not consider dark suggestions by one's ownself or similar things as doubtful (unclear) things.

اللہ تعالیٰ کا ( سورۃ الجمعہ میں ) یہ فرمانا کہ جب وہ مال تجارت آتا ہوا یا کوئی اور تماشہ دیکھتے ہیں تو اس کی طرف دوڑ پڑتے ہیں ۔

(6) CHAPTER. The Statement of Alllah: “And when they see some merchandise or some amusement [beating of Tambur (drum) etc.], they disperse headlong to it...”.(V.62:11)

جو روپیہ کمانے میں حلال یا حرام کی پرواہ نہ کرے

(7) CHAPTER. The one who does not care from where he earns his money (i.e., whether through legal or illegal ways).

خشکی میں تجارت کرنے کا بیان

(8) CHAPTER. Trade of cloth and other things.

تجارت کے لیے گھر سے باہر نکلنا

(9) CHAPTER. Going out for trading.

سمندر میں تجارت کرنے کا بیان

(10) CHAPTER. Trading in sea.

۔ ( سورۃ الجمعہ میں ) اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا ” جب سوداگری یا تماشا دیکھتے ہیں تو اس کی طرف دوڑ پڑتے ہیں “

اللہ تعالیٰ کا فرمان کہ اپنی پاک کمائی میں سے خرچ کرو ( البقرہ : 267 )

(12) CHAPTER. Allah's Statement: “...Spend of the good things which you have (legally) earned...” (V.2:267)

جو روزی میں کشادگی چاہتا ہو وہ کیا کرے ؟

(13) CHAPTER. Whoever liked to expand in his sustenance.

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا ادھار خریدنا

(14) CHAPTER. The Prophet purchased (foodgrains) on credit.

انسان کا کمانا اور اپنے ہاتھوں سے محنت کرنا

(15) CHAPTER. The earnings of a person and his manual labour.

خریدوفروخت کے وقت نرمی ، وسعت اور فیاضی کرنا اور کسی سے اپنا حق پاکیزگی سے مانگنا

(16) CHAPTER. One should be lenient and generous in bargaining, and whoever demands his debts back should do so in a modest lenient manner.

جو شخص مالدار کو مہلت دے

(17) CHAPTER. Whoever gave time to a rich person to pay at his convenience.

جس نے تنگ دست کو مہلت دی اس کا ثواب

(18) CHAPTER. Whoever waited for a person in hard circumstances to pay debt (i.e., when he is able to repay).

جب خریدنے والے اور بیچنے والے دونوں صاف صاف بیان کر دیں اور ایک دوسرے کی بہتری چاہیں

(19) CHAPTER. If both the seller and buyer explain the good and bad points of the transaction and hide nothing and give sincere advice (then they are blessed in their bargain).

مختلف قسم کی کھجور ملا کر بیچنا کیسا ہے ؟

(20) CHAPTER. Selling of mixed dates.
