کتاب خرید و فروخت کے مسائل کا بیان

The book of sales (bargains).

سونا ، چاندی کے بدلے نقد ، ہاتھوں ہاتھ بیچنا درست ہے

(81) CHAPTER. Selling of gold for silver from hand to hand (i.e., cash down).

بیع مزابنہ کے بیان میں

(82) CHAPTER. The sale called Al-Muzabana; which is sale of dried dates for fresh ones (that are still on the trees), and dried grapes for fresh grapes and the sale called Al-Araya (i.e., the selling of ripe fresh date, still over the palms, by means of estimation, for dry date)

درخت پر پھل ، سونے اور چاندی کے بدلے بیچنا

(83) CHAPTER. The selling of dates still on trees for gold or silver.

عریہ کی تفسیر کا بیان

(84) CHAPTER. The explanation of Araya.

پھلوں کی پختگی معلوم ہونے سے پہلے ان کو بیچنا منع ہے

(85) CHAPTER. The sale of fruits before their benefit is evident (i.e., they are free from all the dangers of being spoilt or blighted).

جب تک کھجور پختہ نہ ہو اس کا بیچنا منع ہے

(86) CHAPTER. The sale of date-palms (date trees) before their benefit is evident. (i.e., their dates are ripe).

اگر کسی نے پختہ ہونے سے پہلے ہی پھل بیچے پھر ان پر کوئی آفت آئی تو وہ نقصان بیچنے والے کو بھرنا پڑے گا

(87) CHAPTER. If somebody sells fruits before their benefit is evident and free from blights and then they get afflicted with some defects, they will be given back to the seller.

اناج ادھار ( ایک مدت مقرر کر کے ) خریدنا

(88) CHAPTER. To buy foodstuff on credit.

اگر کوئی شخص خراب کھجور کے بدلہ میں اچھی کھجور لینا چاہے

(89) CHAPTER. If one wishes to buy (a better quality of) dates for (a low quality of) dates [that is a kind of Riba (usury) and is called Riba-Al-Fadl].

جس نے پیوند لگائی ہوتی کھجوریں یا کھیتی کھڑی ہوئی زمین بیچی یا ٹھیکہ پر دی تو میوہ اور اناج بائع کا ہوگا

(90) CHAPTER. Whoever sold or rented date-palms which were pollinated, or land which was sown (with wheat or barley).

کھیتی کا اناج جو ابھی درختوں پر ہو ماپ کے رو سے غلہ کے عوض بیچنا

(91) CHAPTER. The sale of unharvested crops for a measured quantity of foodstuff.

کھجور کے درخت کو جڑ سمیت بیچنا

(92) CHAPTER. The sale of date-palms completely (with roots and stems).

بیع مخاضرہ کا بیان

(93) CHAPTER. Bai Al-Mukhadara (the sale of grains or vegetables before their benefit is evident).

کھجور کا گابھا بیچنا یا کھانا ( جو سفید سفید اندر سے نکلتا ہے )

(94) CHAPTER. The sale and eating of spadix (edible pith growing at the upper part of the trunk of a palm tree).

خریدوفروخت اور اجارے میں ہر ملک کے دستور کے موافق حکم دیا جائے گا

(95) CHAPTER. In cases where there is no fixed judgement, the traditions and conventions of each community are to be referred to, to deduce a judgement in such matters as sales, renting, measuring and weighing.

ایک ساجھی اپنا حصہ دوسرے ساجھی کے ہاتھ بیچ سکتا ہے

(96) CHAPTER. Selling of a joint property by one partner to the other.

زمین ، مکان ، اسباب کا حصہ اگر تقسیم نہ ہوا ہو تو اس کا بچینا درست ہے

(97) CHAPTER. The sale of undivided common land, buildings and belongings.

کسی نے کوئی چیز دوسرے کے لیے اس کی اجازت کے بغیر خرید لی پھر وہ راضی ہو گیا تو یہ معاملہ جائز ہے

(98) CHAPTER. If somebody buys something for another without his permission and the latter accepts it.

مشرکوں اور حربی کافروں کے ساتھ خریدوفروخت کرنا

(99) CHAPTER. Buying and selling with Mushrikun (pegans) and with the enemy at war.

حربی کافر سے غلام لونڈی خریدنا اور اس کا آزاد کرنا اور ہبہ کرنا

(100) CHAPTER. The purchase of a slave from the enemy at war and giving him (to somebody) as a gift and manumitting him.
