کتاب خرید و فروخت کے مسائل کا بیان

The book of sales (bargains).

دھوکے کی بیع اور حمل کی بیع کا بیان

(61) CHAPTER. Al-Gharar (the sale of what is not present) and Habal-il-Habala (i.e., the sale of what is in the womb of an animal).

بیع ملامسۃ کا بیان اور انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے منع فرمایا ہے

(62) CHAPTER. Al-Limas or Mulamasa sale, i.e., by touching the thing only and not looking at it.

بیع منابذہ کا بیان اور انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے منع فرمایا ہے

(63) CHAPTER. Selling by Munabadha.

اونٹ یا بکری یا گائے کے تھن میں دودھ جمع کر رکھنا بائع کو منع ہے

(64) CHAPTER. The seller is not allowed to keep camels, cows, sheep or any other animal unmilked for a long time (so as to get more price by cheating).

خریدار اگر چاہے تو مصراۃ کو واپس کر سکتا ہے لیکن اس کے دودھ کے بدلہ میں ( جو خریدار نے استعمال کیا ہے ) ایک صاع کھجور دے دے

(65) CHAPTER. The option of returning an animal after milking it, along with a Sa of dates (as the price of the milk), if it has been kept unmilked for a long period by the seller (to deceive others).

زانی غلام کی بیع کا بیان

(66) CHAPTER. The selling of an adulterer slave.

عورتوں سے خریدوفروخت کرنا

(67) CHAPTER. Dealing with women in selling and buying.

کیا کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا سامان کسی اجرت کے بغیر بیچ سکتا ہے ؟

(68) CHAPTER. Is it permissible for a person from the town to sell the goods of a desert dweller without taking commission? Should he he help him or try to advise him?

جنہوں نے اسے مکروہ رکھا کہ کوئی شہری آدمی کسی بھی دیہاتی کا مال اجرت لے کر بیچے

(69) CHAPTER. Whoever hated that an urban person should sell the goods of a desert dweller and charge him for that.

اس بیان میں کہ کوئی بستی والا باہر والے کے لیے دلالی کر کے مول نہ لے

(70) CHAPTER. A town dweller should not buy goods for a desert dweller and charge commission as a broker.

پہلے سے آگے جا کر قافلے والوں سے ملنے کی ممانعت اور یہ بیع رد کر دی جاتی ہے

(71) CHAPTER. It is forbidden to meet the caravans on the way (to buy the goods away from the market).

قافلے سے کتنی دور آگے جا کر ملنا منع ہے

(72) CHAPTER. The limits to which one can go ahead to meet the caravan.

اگر کسی نے بیع میں ناجائز شرطیں لگائیں ( تو اس کا کیا حکم ہے )

(73) CHAPTER. If somebody imposes conditions in selling which are forbidden (in) or are against the Islamic Law.

کھجور کو کھجور کے بدلہ میں بیچنا

(74) CHAPTER. Selling of dates for dates.

منقی کو منقی کے بدل اور اناج کو اناج کے بدل بیچنا

(75) CHAPTER. The selling of dried grapes for dried grapes and meals for meals.

جوکے بدلے جو کی بیع کرنا

(76) CHAPTER. Selling of barley for barley.

سونے کو سونے کے بدلہ میں بیچنا

(77) CHAPTER. Selling of gold for gold.

چاندی کو چاندی کے بدلے میں بیچنا

(78) CHAPTER. Selling of silver for silver.

اشرفی اشرفی کے بدلے ادھار بیچنا

(79) CHAPTER. Selling of Dinar for Dinar on credit.

چاندی کو سونے کے بدلے ادھار بیچنا

(80) CHAPTER. Selling of silver for gold on delayed payment.
