کتاب خرید و فروخت کے مسائل کا بیان

The book of sales (bargains).

گوشت بیچنے والے اور قصاب کا بیان

(21) CHAPTER. What is said about the meat seller and the butcher.

بیچنے میں جھوٹ بولنے اور عیب کو چھپانے سے برکت ختم ہو جاتی ہے ۔

(22) CHAPTER. What is said regarding the loss (of blessing) if one tells lies or hides the facts in a deal.

اللہ تعالیٰ کا فرمانا کہ

(23) CHAPTER. The Statement of Allah: “O you who believe! Eat not Riba (usury) doubled and multiplied.”(V.3:130)

سود کھانے والا اور اس پر گواہ ہونے والا اور سودی معاملات کا لکھنے والا ، ان سب کی سزا کا بیان

(24) CHAPTER. (The sin of) one who eats Riba (usury), its witness and its writer.

سود کھلانے والے کا گناہ

(25) CHAPTER. (The sin of) the Riba-giver.

۔ ( سورۃ البقرہ میں ) اللہ تعالیٰ کا یہ فرمانا کہ وہ سود کو مٹا دیتا ہے اور صدقات کو دو چند کرتا ہے اور اللہ تعالیٰ نہیں پسند کرتا ہر منکر گنہگار کو

(26) CHAPTER: “Allah will destroy Riba (usury) and will give increase for Sadaqat (deeds of charity, alms). And Allah likes not the disbelievers, sinners!” (V.2:276)

خریدوفروخت میں قسم کھانا مکروہ ہے

(27) CHAPTER. What is disapproved of as regards giving oaths (swearing) while selling.

سناروں کا بیان

(28) CHAPTER. What is said about the goldsmiths.

کاریگروں اور لوہاروں کا بیان

(29) CHAPTER. The mentioning of blacksmiths.

درزی کا بیان

(30) CHAPTER. The mentioning of the tailor.

کپڑا بننے والے کا بیان

(31) CHAPTER. The weaver.

بڑھئی کا بیان

(32) CHAPTER. The carpenter.

اپنی ضرورت کی چیزیں ہر آدمی خود بھی خرید سکتا ہے

(33) CHAPTER. The purchase by ruler of his necessities by himself.

چوپایہ جانوروں اور گھوڑوں ، گدھوں کی خریداری کابیان

(34) CHAPTER. The purchase of animals and donkeys.

جاہلیت کے بازاروں کا بیان جن میں اسلام کے زمانہ میں بھی لوگوں نے خریدوفروخت کی

(35) CHAPTER. The markets of the Pre-Islamic Period of Ignorance where the people continued to trade after embracing Islam.

۔ ( ہیم ) بیمار یا خارشی اونٹ خریدنا ، ہیم ہائم کی جمعہ ہے ہائم اعتدال ( میانہ روی ) سے گزرنے والا

(36) CHAPTER. Purchasing of camel suffering from skin disease or disease causing severe thirts.

جب مسلمانوں میں آپس میں فساد نہ ہو یا ہو رہا تو ہتھیار بیچنا کیسا ہے ؟

(37) CHAPTER. Selling of arms during the period of Al-Fitnah (trial, affliction) and otherwise.

عطر بیچنے والے اور مشک بیچنے کا بیان

(38) CHAPTER. (What is said) about the perfume seller and the selling of musk.

پچھنا لگانے والے کا بیان

(39) CHAPTER. The mentioning of Al-Hajjam (i.e., the one who practises cupping).

ان چیزوں کی سوداگری جن کا پہننا مردوں اور عورتوں کے لیے مکروہ ہے

(40) CHAPTER. The trade of cloth, the wearing of which is considered undesireable both for men and women.
