(51) CHAPTER. Circumcision at an old age, and pulling out one's armpit hair. بوڑھا ہونے پر ختنہ کرنا اور بغل کے بال نوچنا

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ قَزَعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : الْفِطْرَةُ خَمْسٌ : الْخِتَانُ ، وَالِاسْتِحْدَادُ ، وَنَتْفُ الْإِبْطِ ، وَقَصُّ الشَّارِبِ ، وَتَقْلِيمُ الْأَظْفَارِ .
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said Five things are in accordance with Al Fitra (i.e. the tradition of prophets): to be circumcised, to shave the pelvic region, to pull out the hair of the armpits, to cut short the moustaches, and to clip the nails.'
ہم سے یحییٰ بن قزعہ نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے ابراہیم بن سعد نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابن شہاب نے، ان سے سعید بن مسیب نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”پانچ چیزیں فطرت سے ہیں، ختنہ کرنا، زیر ناف کے بال بنانا، بغل کے بال صاف کرنا، مونچھ چھوٹی کرانا اور ناخن کاٹنا۔“

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنَادِ ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : اخْتَتَنَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بَعْدَ ثَمَانِينَ سَنَةً ، وَاخْتَتَنَ بِالْقَدُومِ مُخَفَّفَةً ، قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد اللَّهِ : حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، وَقَالَ : بِالْقَدُّومِ وَهُوَ مَوْضِعٌ مُشَدَّدٌ .
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said The Prophet) Abraham circumcised himself after he had passed the age of eighty years and he circumcised himself with an adze.
ہم سے ابوالیمان نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم کو شعیب بن ابی حمزہ نے خبر دی، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے ابوالزناد نے بیان کیا، ان سے اعرج نے بیان کیا اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”ابراہیم علیہ السلام نے اسی ( 80 ) سال کی عمر میں ختنہ کرایا اور آپ نے «قدوم‏ ‏‏.‏» ( تخفیف کے ساتھ ) ( کلہاڑی ) سے ختنہ کیا۔“ ہم سے قتیبہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے مغیرہ نے بیان کیا اور ان سے ابوالزناد نے «بالقدوم‏‏.‏» ( تشدید کے ساتھ بیان کیا ) ۔

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : سُئِلَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ مِثْلُ مَنْ أَنْتَ حِينَ قُبِضَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ قَالَ : أَنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ مَخْتُونٌ ، قَالَ : وَكَانُوا لَا يَخْتِنُونَ الرَّجُلَ حَتَّى يُدْرِكَ .
Narrated Said bin Jubair: Ibn 'Abbas was asked, How old were you when the Prophet died? He replied. At that time I had been circumcised. At that time, people did not circumcise the boys till they attained the age of puberty. Sa'id bin Jubair said, Ibn 'Abbas said, 'When the Prophet died, I had already been circumcised.
ہم سے محمد بن عبدالرحیم نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو عباد بن موسیٰ نے خبر دی، کہا ہم سے اسماعیل بن جعفر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے اسرائیل نے، ان سے ابواسحاق نے، ان سے سعید بن جبیر نے کہ ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے پوچھا گیا کہ جب نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی وفات ہوئی تو آپ کی عمر کیا تھی؟ کہا کہ ان دنوں میرا ختنہ ہو چکا تھا اور عرب لوگوں کی عادت تھی جب تک لڑکا جوانی کے قریب نہ ہوتا اس کا ختنہ نہ کرتے تھے۔

وَقَالَ ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ : قُبِضَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا خَتِينٌ .
Sa'id ibn Jubair said, Ibn 'Abbas said, 'When the Prophet (saws) died, I had already been circumcised.'
اور عبداللہ ابن ادریس بن یزید نے اپنے والد سے بیان کیا، ان سے ابواسحاق نے، ان سے سعید بن جبیر نے اور ان سے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ جب نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی وفات ہوئی تو میرا ختنہ ہو چکا تھا۔

(45) CHAPTER. No two persons should talk secretly excluding a third person (who is present with them). And the Statement of Allah: O you who believe! When you hold secret counsel, do it not for sin and wrongdoing, and disobedience towards the Messenger (Muhammad ), but do it for Al-Birr (righteousness) and Taqwa (virtues and piety); and fear Allah unto Whom you shall be gathered. Secret counsels (conspiracies) are only from Satan, in order that he may cause grief to the believers. But he cannot harm them in the least, except as Allah permits, and in Allah let the believers put their trust. (V.58:9,10) And also the Statement of Allah: O you who believe! When you (want to) consult the Messenger (Muhammad) in private, spend something in charity before your private consultation. That will be better and purer for you. But if you find not (the means for it), then verily, Allah is Oft-Forgivind, Most Merciful. Are you afraid of spending in charity before your private consultation (with him)? If then you do it not, and Allah has forgive you, then (at least) perform Salat (prayers) (Iqamat-as-Salat) and give Zakat and obey Allah (i.e., do all what Allah and His Prophet order you to do). And Allah is All-Aware of what you do. (V.58:12,13)
کسی جگہ صرف تین آدمی ہوں تو ایک کو اکیلا چھوڑ کر دو آدمی سرگوشی نہ کریں
