کتاب قسموں اور نذروں کے بیان میں

The book of oaths and vows.

قسموں میں نیت کا اعتبار ہوگا

(23) CHAPTER. The intention in taking oaths.

اگر کوئی شخص اپنا کھانا اپنے اوپر حرام کرلے

(25) CHAPTER. If someone makes some food unlawful for himself.

منت نذر پوری کرنا واجب ہے

(27) CHAPTER. The sin of him who does not fulfil his vow.

اس شخص کا گناہ جو نذر پوری نہ کرے

(28) CHAPTER. To vow for to be obedient to Allah. And the Statement of Alllah: And whatever you spend for spendings (e.g. Sadaqa - charity, etc. for Allah's Cause) or whatever vow you make... (V.2:270)

اسی نذر کا پورا کرنا لازم ہے جو عبادت اور اطاعت کے کام کے لیے کی جائے نہ کہ گناہ کے لیے

(29) CHAPTER. If somebody vowed or took an oath that he would not speak to anybody, during the Pre-Islamic Period of Ignorance, and then he embraces Islam (should he fulfil his vow)?.

جب کسی نے جاہلیت میں ( اسلام لانے سے پہلے ) کسی شخص سے بات نہ کرنے کی نذر مانی ہو یا قسم کھائی ہو پھر اسلام لایا ہو ؟

(30) CHAPTER. If somebody dies without fulfiling a vow (may somebody else fulfil it on his behalf)?

جو مرگیا اور اس پر کوئی نذر باقی رہ گئی

ایسی چیز کی نذر جو اس کی ملکیت میں نہیں ہے

(31) CHAPTER. To vow for something which one does not possess, and to vow for something sinful.

جس نے کچھ خاص دنوں میں روزہ رکھنے کی نذر مانی ہو پھر اتفاق سے ان دنوں میں بقرعید یا عید ہو گئی تو اس دن روزہ نہ رکھے ۔ ( جمہور کا یہی قول ہے ) 2

(32) CHAPTER. If somebody has vowed that he will observe Saum (fast) for a few successive days and then those days appear to coincide with Eid-ul-Adha or Eid-ul-Fitr (should he observe fast then or make expiation, or observe fast on other days)?

کیا قسموں اور نذروں میں زین ، بکریاں ، کھیتی اور سامان بھی آتے ہیں ؟

(33) CHAPTER. Can the land, sheep, farms and one‘s belongings be included in one's vows and oaths?
