کتاب نماز کے احکام و مسائل

The book of as-salat (the prayer).

اس بارے میں کہ کیا یوں کہا جا سکتا ہے کہ یہ مسجد فلاں خاندان والو ں کی ہے

(41) CHAPTER. It is permissible to say, “Masjid (mosque) of Bani so-and-so?”

مسجد میں مال تقسیم کرنا اور مسجد میں کھجور کا خوشہ لٹکانا

(42) CHAPTER. The distribution (of goods or wealth) and the hanging of a cluster of dates in the mosque.

جسے مسجد میں کھانے کے لیے کہا جائے اور وہ اسے قبول کر لے

(43) CHAPTER. Receiving an invitation to dinner in the mosque and accepting it.

مسجد میں فیصلے کرنا اور مردوں اور عورتوں ( خاوند ، بیوی ) کے درمیان لعان کرانا ( جائز ہے )

(44) CHAPTER. To give the judicial verdicts in the mosque and to perform the Al-Lian between men and women (husbands and wives) there.

اس بارے میں کہ جب کوئی کسی کے گھر میں داخل ہو تو کیا جس جگہ وہ چاہے وہاں نماز پڑھ لے یا جہاں اسے نماز پڑھنے کے لیے کہا جائے ( وہاں پڑھے ) اور فالتو سوال و جواب نہ کرے ۔

(45) CHAPTER. If someone enters a house, should he offer prayers where he likes, or as he is told? And he should not look out to seek information about the place or do spying.

اس بیان میں ( کہ بوقت ضرورت ) گھروں میں جائے نماز ( مقرر کر لینا جائز ہے )

(46) CHAPTER. About (taking) the mosques in the houses.

مسجد میں داخل ہونے اور دوسرے کاموں میں بھی دائیں طرف سے ابتداء کرنے کے بیان میں

(47) CHAPTER. While entering the mosque etc., one should start with the right foot.

کیا دور جاہلیت کے مشرکوں کی قبروں کو کھود ڈالنا اور ان کی جگہ مسجد بنانا درست ہے ؟

(48) CHAPTER. Is it permissible to dig the graves of pagans of the Period of Ignorance, and to use that place as a mosque?

بکریوں کے باڑوں میں نماز پڑھنا

(49) CHAPTER. To offer Salat (the prayer) in a sheep-fold.

اونٹوں کے رہنے کی جگہ میں نماز پڑھنا

(50) CHAPTER. To offer Salat (the prayer) in the camel-yards (the places where the camels are stationed).

اگر کوئی شخص نماز پڑھے اور اس کے آگے تنور ، یا آگ ، یا اور کوئی چیز ہو جسے مشرک پوجتے ہیں ، لیکن اس نمازی کی نیت محض عبادت الٰہی ہو تو نماز درست ہے

(51) CHAPTER. Whoever offered Salat (prayer) with furnace or fire or any other worshipable thing in front of him but he intended Salat solely for Allah.

مقبروں میں نماز پڑھنے کی کراہت کے بیان میں

(52) CHAPTER. The dislikeness of offering As-Salat (the prayers) in grave-yards.

دھنسی ہوئی جگہوں میں یا جہاں کوئی اور عذاب اترا ہو وہاں نماز ( پڑھنا کیسا ہے ؟ )

(53) CHAPTER. (What is said about) offering Salat (prayer) at the places where the earth had sunk down and Allah's punishment had fallen.

گرجا میں نماز پڑھنے کا بیان

(54) CHAPTER. To offer As-Salat (the prayer) in a church or in a temple etc.

باب

CHAPTER

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا ارشاد کہ میرے لیے ساری زمین پر نماز پڑھنے اور پاکی حاصل کرنے ( یعنی تیمم کرنے ) کی اجازت ہے

(56) CHAPTER. The saying of the Prophet , “The earth has been made for me a Masjid (place for praying) and a thing to purify (to perform Tayammum).”

عورت کا مسجد میں سونا

(57) CHAPTER. Sleeping of a woman in the mosque (and residing in it).

مسجدوں میں مردوں کا سونا

(58) CHAPTER. Sleeping of men in the mosque.

سفر سے واپسی پر نماز پڑھنے کے بیان میں

(59) CHAPTER. To offer As-Salat (the prayer) when returning from a journey.

جب کوئی مسجد میں داخل ہو تو بیٹھنے سے پہلے دو رکعت نماز پڑھنی چاہیے

(60) CHAPTER. If one entered a mosque, one should offer two Raka (Tahayyat-al-Masjid) before sitting.
