1 يٰٓاَيُّھَا O you اے 2 الَّذِيْنَ who وہ لوگو 3 اٰمَنُوْٓا believe! جو ایمان لائے ہو 4 اِذَا When جب 5 قُمْتُمْ you stand up کھڑے ہو تم 6 اِلَى for طرف 7 الصَّلٰوةِ the prayer نماز کے 8 فَاغْسِلُوْا then wash تو دھو لو 9 وُجُوْهَكُمْ your faces اپنے چہروں کو 10 وَاَيْدِيَكُمْ and your hands اور اپنے ہاتھوں کو 11 اِلَى till تک 12 الْمَرَافِقِ the elbows کہنیوں 13 وَامْسَحُوْا and wipe اور مسح کرو 14 بِرُءُوْسِكُمْ your heads اپنے سروں کا 15 وَاَرْجُلَكُمْ and your feet اور اپنے پاؤں کو (دھو لو) 16 اِلَى till تک 17 الْكَعْبَيْنِ the ankles ٹخنوں 18 وَاِنْ But if اور اگر 19 كُنْتُمْ you are ہو تم 20 جُنُبًا (in) a state of ceremonial impurity حالت جنابت میں 21 فَاطَّهَّرُوْا then purify yourselves تو طہارت حاصل کرو 22 وَاِنْ But if اور اگر 23 كُنْتُمْ you are ہو تم 24 مَّرْضٰٓى ill بیمار 25 اَوْ or یا 26 عَلٰي on پر 27 سَفَرٍ a journey سفر (پر) 28 اَوْ or یا 29 جَاۗءَ has come آئے 30 اَحَدٌ any one کوئی ایک 31 مِّنْكُمْ of you تم میں سے 32 مِّنَ from سے 33 الْغَاۗىِٕطِ the toilet رفع حاجت سے 34 اَوْ or یا 35 لٰمَسْتُمُ has (had) contact چھوا تم نے 36 النِّسَاۗءَ (with) the women عورتوں کو 37 فَلَمْ and not پھر نہ 38 تَجِدُوْا you find تم پاؤ 39 مَاۗءً water پانی 40 فَتَيَمَّمُوْا then do tayyammum تو تیمم کرلو 41 صَعِيْدًا (with) earth مٹی سے 42 طَيِّبًا clean پاکیزہ 43 فَامْسَحُوْا then wipe پھر مسح کرو 44 بِوُجُوْهِكُمْ your faces اپنے چہروں کا 45 وَاَيْدِيْكُمْ and your hands اور اپنے ہاتھوں کا 46 مِّنْهُ with it اس سے 47 مَا Does not نہیں 48 يُرِيْدُ intend چاہتا 49 اللّٰهُ Allah اللہ 50 لِيَجْعَلَ to make کہ کردے 51 عَلَيْكُمْ for you تم پر 52 مِّنْ any کوئی 53 حَرَجٍ difficulty تنگی 54 وَّلٰكِنْ but لیکن 55 يُّرِيْدُ He intends وہ چاہتا ہے 56 لِيُطَهِّرَكُمْ to purify you کہ وہ پاک کردے تم کو 57 وَلِيُتِمَّ and to complete اور تاکہ پورا کردے 58 نِعْمَتَهٗ His Favor اپنی نعمت کو 59 عَلَيْكُمْ upon you تم پر 60 لَعَلَّكُمْ so that you may تاکہ تم 61 تَشْكُرُوْنَ (be) grateful تم شکر ادا کرو
