کتاب نکاح کے مسائل کا بیان

The book of (the wedlock).

کون سی عورتیں حلال ہیں اور کون سی حرام ہیں ۔

(25) CHAPTER. What women are lawful for one to marry and what are unlawful.

اللہ کے اس فرمان کا بیان اور حرام ہیں تم پر تمہاری بیویوں کی لڑکیاں ۔

(26) CHAPTER. (The Statement of Allah:) '...your step-daughters under your guardianship, born of your wives. To whom you have gone in (consummated your marriage)...” (V.4:23)

آیت وان تجمعوا بین الاختین الخ کا بیان ۔

(27) CHAPTER: “(It is prohibited to have) two sisters in wedlock (as wise) at the same time, except for what has already passed. (V.4:23)

اس بیان میں کہ اگر پھوپھی یا خالہ نکاح میں ہو تو اس کی بھتیجی یا بھانجی کو نکاح میں نہیں لایا جا سکتا ۔

(28) CHAPTER. A woman should not marry a man who is already married to her paternal aunt (her father's sister).

نکاح شغار کا بیان ۔

(29) CHAPTER. Ash-Shighar.

کیا کوئی عورت کسی سے نکاح کے لئے اپنے آپ کو ہبہ کر سکتی ہے ؟

(30) CHAPTER. Is it permissible for a woman to present herself for marriage to somebody?

احرام والا شخص صرف نکاح ( عقد ) کرسکتاہے حالت احرام میں اپنی بیوی سے جماع کرنا جائز نہیں ہے ۔

(31) CHAPTER. The marriage of a Muhrim.

آخر میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نکاح متعہ سے منع کر دیا تھا ( اس لئے اب متعہ حرام ہے ) ۔

(32) CHAPTER. Allah's Messenger prohibited Nikah-al-Muta lately.

عورت کا اپنے آپ کو کسی صالح مرد کے نکاح کے لئے پیش کرنا ۔

(33) CHAPTER. A woman can present herself to a righteous man (for marriage).

کسی انسان کا اپنی بیٹی یا بہن کو اہل خیر سے نکاح کے لئے پیش کرنا ۔

(34) CHAPTER. The presentation of one's own daughter or sister (for marriage) to a religious man.

اللہ تعالیٰ کا فرمان ۔

(35) CHAPTER. The Statement of Allah: “And there is no sin on you if you make a hint of betrothal or conceal it in yourself, Allah knows... (up to)... Oft-Forgiving, Most Forbearing.” (V.2:235)

نکاح سے پہلے عورت کو دیکھنا ۔

(36) CHAPTER. (It is permissible) to look at a woman before marrying her.

بغیر ولی کے نکاح صحیح نہیں ہوتا ۔

(37) CHAPTER. Whoever said, A marriage is not valid except through the Wali (i.e., her father or her brother or her relative etc.)

اگر عورت کا ولی خود اس سے نکاح کرنا چاہے ۔

(38) CHAPTER. If the guardian himself is the suitor (of the lady in his charge) (can he marry her to himself or should another guardian marry her to him)?

آدمی اپنی نابالغ لڑکی کا نکاح کر سکتا ہے ۔

(39) CHAPTER. Giving one's young children in marriage (is permissible).

باپ کا اپنی بیٹی کا نکاح مسلمانوں کے امام یا بادشاہ سے کرنا ۔

(41) CHAPTER. The ruler is regarded as a guardian (of the lady who has no relative to be her guardian) as is inferred from the statement of the Prophet : We have married her (that lady) to you for what you know of the Quran (by heart).

باپ یا کوئی دوسراولیٰ کنواری یا بیوہ عورت کا نکاح اس کی رضامندی کے بغیر نہ کرے ۔

(42) CHAPTER. The father or the guardian cannot give a virgin or matron in marriage without her consent.

اگر کسی نے اپنی بیٹی کا نکاح ( وہ کنواری ہو یا بیوہ ) جبراً کر دیا تو یہ نکاح باطل ہو گا ۔

(43) CHAPTER. lf a man gives his daughter in marriage while she is averse to it (in disagreement), then such marriage is invalid.

یتیم لڑکی کا نکاح کر دینا کیونکہ اللہ پاک نے سورۃ نساء ۔

(44) CHAPTER. The giving of an orphan girl in marriage.

اگر کسی مردنے لڑکی کے ولی سے کہا میرا نکاح اس لڑکی سے کر دو ، اس نے کہامیں نے اتنے مہر پر تیرا نکاح اس سے کر دیا تو نکاح ہو گیا گو وہ مرد سے یہ نہ پوچھے کہ تم اس پر رضی ہو یا تم نے قبول کیا یا نہیں ؟

(45) CHAPTER. If the suitor says (to the guardian of a woman), “Marry me to so-and-so,” and the guardian says, “I have married her to you for such and such Mahr,” then the marriage is valid even if he does not ask the husband, Have you agreed or have you accepted (her)?
