کتاب نکاح کے مسائل کا بیان

The book of (the wedlock).

باب

(1) CHAPTER. Awakening the desire for marriage.

ایسے تنگدست کی شادی کرانا جس کے پاس صرف قرآنمجید اور اسلام ہے ۔

(6) CHAPTER. The marrying of a poor man who has the knowledge of the Quran and is a Muslim.

کسی شخص کا اپنے بھا ئی سے یہ کہنا کہ تم میری جس بیوی کو بھی پسند کر لو میں اسے تمہارے لئے طلاق دے دوں گا ۔ اس کو عبد الر حمٰن بن عوف نے بھی روایت کیا ہے ۔

(7) CHAPTER. The saying of a man to his brother (in Islam): Have a look at either of my wives (and if you wish), I will divorce her for you.

مجرد رہنا اور اپنے کو نامرد بنا دینا منع ہے ۔

(8) CHAPTER. What is disliked of not marrying and of getting castrated.

کنواریوں سے نکاح کرنے کا بیان ۔

(9) CHAPTER. To marry virgins.

بیوہ عورتوں کا بیان ۔

(10) CHAPTER. The marrying of matrons (divorced or widowed ladies).

کمعمر کی عورت سے زیادہ عمر والے مرد کے ساتھ شادی کا ہونا ۔

(11) CHAPTER. The marrying of a young lady to an elderly man.

کس طرح کی عورت سے نکاح کیا جائے اور کون سی عورت بہتر ہے ؟

(12) CHAPTER. What type of women should one seek in marriage?

لونڈیوں کا رکھنا کیسا ہے اور اس شخص کا ثواب جس نے اپنی لونڈی کو آزاد کیا اور پھر اس سے شادی کر لی ۔

(13) CHAPTER. Having female captives.

جس نے لونڈی کی آزادی کو اس کا مہر قرار دیا ۔

(14) CHAPTER. Whoever regarded the manumission of a slave-girl as her Mahr.

مفلس کا نکاح کرانا درست ہے ۔

(15) CHAPTER. The marrying of the poor by virtue of the Statement of Allah: “If they be poor, Allah will enrich them out of His Bounty.” (V.24:32)

کفاء ت میں دیندار ی کا لحاظ ہونا اور سورۃ الفرقان میں ۔

(16) CHAPTER. (Both husband and wife) should have the same religion.

کفائت میں مالدار ی کا لحاظ ہونا اور غریب مرد کا مالدار عورت سے نکاح کرنا ۔

(17) CHAPTER. Equality in wealth (is not essential for the marriage). And the marriage of a poor man with a well-to-do lady.

عورت کی نحوست سے بچنے کا بیان ۔

(18) CHAPTER. What evil omen of a lady is to be warded off.

آزاد عورت کا غلام مرد کے نکاح میں ہونا جائز ہے ۔

(19) CHAPTER. (About) a free lady as the wife of a slave.

چار بیویوں سے زیادہ ( بیک وقت ) آدمی نہیں رکھ سکتا ۔

(20) CHAPTER. Not to marry more than four (at a time) as is decreed in the Statement of Allah: ...two or three or four... (V.4:3)

آیت کریمہ یعنی اور تمہاری وہ مائیں جنہوں نے تمہیں دودھ پلایا ہے یعنی رضاعت کا بیان ۔

(21) CHAPTER. (The Verse:) “...your foster-mothers who gave you suck.” (V.4:23)

اس شخص کی دلیل جس نے کہا کہ دو سال کے بعد پھر رضاعت سے حرمت نہ ہو گی ۔

(22) CHAPTER. Whoever said: “No suckling is to be carried on after the baby is two years old, As the Statement of Allah: ...two whole years, (that is) 'for those (parents) who desire to complete the term of suckling (breast feeding)... (V.2:233)

جس مرد کا دودھ ہو وہ بھی دودھ پینے والے پر حرام ہو جاتا ہے ( کیونکہ شیر خوار کا باپ بن جاتاہے ) ۔

(23) CHAPTER. The milk belongs to the husband (if one drinks the milk of a lady then the husband of that lady is just like his father, i.e., he will be his foster suckling father).

اگر صرف دودھ پلانے والی عورت رضاعت کی گواہی دے ۔

(24) CHAPTER. The witness of a wet nurse.
