کتاب نکاح کے مسائل کا بیان

The book of (the wedlock).

جو عورت غصہ ہو کر اپنے شوہر کے بستر سے الگ ہو کر رات گزارے ، اس کی برائی کا بیان ۔

(86) CHAPTER. If a woman spends the night deserting her husband's bed (without a reasonable cause, she is sinful).

عورت اپنے شوہر کے گھر میں آنے کی کسی غیر مرد کو اس کی اجازت کے بغیر اجازت نہ دے ۔

(87) CHAPTER. A woman should not allow anyone to enter her husband's house except with his consent.

عشیر کی ناشکری کی سزا عشیر خاوند کو کہتے ہیں عشیر شریک یعنی ساتھی کو بھی کہتے ہیں ۔

(89) CHAPTER. To be unthankful to Al-Ashir, i.e., the husband. Al-Ashir also means the companion.

تمہاری بیوی کا بھی تم پر حق ہے ۔

(90) CHAPTER. Your wife has a right over you.

بیوی اپنے شوہر کے گھر کی حاکم ہے ۔

(91) CHAPTER. The woman is a guardian in her husband's house.

آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا عورتوں کو اس طرح پر چھوڑنا کہ ان کے گھر ہی میں نہیں گئے ۔

(92) CHAPTER. The Statement of Allah: “Men are protectors and maintainers of women.” (V.4:34)

عورتوں کو مارنا مکروہ ہے ۔

(93) CHAPTER. The decision of the Prophet not to share the beds with his wives and to stay away from their houses.

عورت گناہ کے حکم میں اپنے شوہر کا کہنا نہ مانے ۔

(95) CHAPTER. A woman should not obey her husband if he orders her to do something sinful.

اور اگر کسی عورت کو اپنے شوہر کی طرف سے نفرت اور منہ موڑنے کا خوف ہو ۔

(96) CHAPTER. “If a woman fears cruelty or desertion on her husband's part...” (V.4:128)

عزل کا حکم کیا ہے ؟

(97) CHAPTER. The coitus interruptus.

سفر کے ارادہ کے وقت اپنی کئی بیویوں میں سے انتخاب کے لئے قرعہ ڈالنا ۔

(98) CHAPTER. To draw lots among one's wives when one intends to go on a journey (in order to take one of them with).

عورت اپنے شوہر کی باری اپنی سوکن کو دے سکتی ہے اور اس کی تقسیم کس طرح کی جائے ؟

(99) CHAPTER. (What is said regarding) the woman who gives up her turn with her husband to one of his other wives, and how to divide the turns.

اگر کسی کے پاس ایک بیوہ عورت اس کے نکاح میں ہو پھر ایک کنواری سے بھی نکاح کرے تو جائز ہے ۔

(101) CHAPTER. If somebody marries a virgin and he has already a matron wife (with him).

کنواری بیوی کے ہوتے ہوئے جب کسی نے بیوہ عورت سے شادی کی تو کوئی گناہ نہیں ہے ۔

(102) CHAPTER. If somebody marryies a matron and he has already a virgin wife (with him).

مرد اپنی سب بیویوں سے صحبت کر کے آخر میں ایک غسل کر سکتا ہے ۔

(103) CHAPTER. Whoever had sexual intercourse with all his wives and then took one bath only.

مرد کا اپنی بیوی کے پاس دن میں جانا بھی جائز ہے ۔

(104) CHAPTER. If a man goes to all his wives (have sexual relations with them) in one day.

اگر مرد اپنی بیماری کے دن کسی ایک بیوی کے گھر گزارنے کے لئے اپنی دوسری بیویوں سے اجازت لے اور اسے اس کی اجازت دی جائے ۔

(105) CHAPTER. If a man takes the permission of his wives so as to stay in the house of one of them to be treated (during his ailment) and he is allowed by them (those wives will have no right to claim their lost turns).

اگر مرد کو اپنی بیوی سے زیادہ محبت ہو تو کچھ گناہ نہ ہو گا ۔

(106) CHAPTER. If a man loves some of his wives more than the others.

جھوٹ موٹھ جو چیز ملی نہیں اس کو بیان کرنا کہ مل گئی ، اس طرح اپنی سوکن کا دل جلانے کے لئے کرنا عورت کے واسطے منع ہے ۔

(107) CHAPTER. (It is not recommended for) one to claim that one has more things or better qualities than one really has. And what is forbidden as regards the pride of lady over the other wives of her husband.

غیرت کا بیان ۔

(108) CHAPTER. Al-Ghaira (i.e. honour, prestige or self-respect).
