کتاب نکاح کے مسائل کا بیان

The book of (the wedlock).

کسی مسلمان بھائی نے ایک عورت کو پیغام بھیجا ہو تو دوسرا شخص اس کو پیغام نہ بھیجے جب تک وہ اس سے نکاح نہ کرے یا پیام نہ چھوڑ دے یعنی منگنی توڑ دے ۔

(46) CHAPTER. None should ask for the hand of a lady who is already engaged to his brother (Muslim), but one should wait till the first suitor marries her or leaves her.

پیغام چھوڑ دینے کی وجہ بیان کرنا ۔

(47) CHAPTER. (What is said regarding) the meaning of the cancelling of the engagement.

( عقد سے پہلے ) نکاح کا خطبہ پڑھنا ۔

(48) CHAPTER. Al-Khutba (for Nikah) (a speech delivered at the time of concluding the marriage contract).

نکاح اور ولیمہ کی دعوت میں دف بجانا ۔

(49) CHAPTER. Beating the tambourine during the Nikah (marriage ceremony) and the Walima (wedding banquet).

اللہ تعالیٰ کا فرمان اور عورتوں کو ان کا مہر خوش دلی ۔

(50) CHAPTER. The Statement of Allah: “And give to the women (whom you marry) their Mahr with a good heart...” (V.4:4)

قرآن کی تعلیم مہر ہو سکتی ہے اس طرح اگر مہر کا ذکر ہی نہ کرے تب بھی نکاح صحیح ہو جائے گا ( اور مہر مثل لازم ہو گا ) ۔

(51) CHAPTER. To many (a lady to) a man for what he knows of the Quran (by heart) and without paying any Mahr.

کوئی جنس یا لوہے کی انگوٹھی مہر ہو سکتی ہے ۔ گونقد روپیہ نہ ہو ۔

(52) CHAPTER. To give Mahr in the form of material things (other than money) and in the form of a ring made of iron.

نکاح میں جو شرطیں کی جائیں ( ان کا پورا کرنا ضروری ہے ) ۔

(53) CHAPTER. The conditions stipulated in the marriage (contract).

وہ شرطیں جو نکاح میں جائز نہیں ۔

(54) CHAPTER. The conditions that are not lawful in the marriage contract.

شادی کرنے والے کے لئے زرد رنگ کا جواز ۔

(55) CHAPTER. The Sufra (yellow coloured perfume) for a bridegroom.

دولہا کو کس طرح دعا دی جائے ؟

(57) CHAPTER. How to invoke good upon a person who has married recently?

جو عورتیں دولہن کو بناؤ سنگھار کر کے دولہا کے گھر لائیں ان کو اور دولہن کو کیونکر دعا دیں ۔

(58) CHAPTER. The invocation of those women who prepare the bride (for her and for the bridegroom).

جہاد میں جانے سے پہلے نئی دولہن سے صحبت کر لینا بہتر ہے تاکہ دل اس میں لگا نہ رہے ۔

(59) CHAPTER. Whoever preferred to consummate the marriage before going on a military campaign.

جس نے نو سال کی عمر کی بیوی کے ساتھ خلوت کی ( جب وہ جوان ہو گئی ہو ) ۔

(60) CHAPTER. Whoever consummated his marriage with a lady of nine years of age.

سفر میں نئی دلہن کے ساتھ خلوت کرنا ۔

(61) CHAPTER. The consummation of marriage during a journey.

دولہا کا دلہن کے پاس یا دلہن کا دولہا کے پاس دن کو آنا سواری یا روشنی کی کوئی ضرورت نہیں ہے ۔

(62) CHAPTER. Consummation of marriage during the daytime without a marriage procession or lighting of fires.

عورتوں کے لئے مخمل کے بچھونے وغیرہ بچھا نا جائز ہے ( یا باریک پردہ لٹکانا ) ۔

(63) CHAPTER. The Anmat (curtains, beddings, etc.) and similar things designed for the women.

وہ عورتیں جو دلہن کا بناؤ سنگھار کر کے اسے شوہر کے پاس لے جائیں ۔

(64) CHAPTER. The women who present the lady to her husband and their invocations for Allah's blessings upon them.

دلہن کو تحائف بھیجنا ۔

(65) CHAPTER. The giving of a present to the bridegroom.
