کتاب نکاح کے مسائل کا بیان

The book of (the wedlock).

دلہن کے پہننے کے لئے کپڑے اور زیور وغیرہ عاریتاً لینا ۔

(66) CHAPTER. To borrow the clothes, etc. for the bride.

جب شوہر اپنی بیوی کے پاس آئے تو اسے کون سی دعا پڑھنی چاہئے ۔

(67) CHAPTER. What a man should say on having a sexual intercourse with his wife.

ولیمہ کی دعوت دولہا کو کرنا لازم ہے ۔

(68) CHAPTER. The Walima (wedding banquet) is obligatory.

ولیمہ میں ایک بکری بھی کافی ہے ۔

(69) CHAPTER. Al-Walima (the wedding banquet) is recommended to be given even if one sheep is presented therein.

کسی بیوی کے ولیمہ میں کھانا زیادہ تیار کرنا کسی کے ولیمہ میں کم ، جائز درست ہے ۔

(70) CHAPTER. Whoeever gave a bigger Walima (wedding banquet) on marrying some wives than on marrying the other wives of his.

ایک بکری سے کم کا ولیمہ کرنا ۔

(71) CHAPTER. Whoever gave a Walima (wedding banquet) of less than one sheep.

ولیمہ کی دعوت اور ہر ایک دعوت کو قبول کرناحق ہے ۔

(72) CHAPTER. It is obligatory to accept the invitation to a Walima (wedding banquet) and other invitations.

جس کسی نے دعوت قبول کرنے سے انکار کیا اس نے اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی نافرمانی کی ۔

(73) CHAPTER. If somebody refuses an invitation [to a Walima (wedding banquet)] he indeed disobeys Allah and His Messenger .

جس نے بکری کے کھر کی دعوت کی تو اسے بھی قبول کرنا چاہئے ۔

(74) CHAPTER. Whoever accepted the invitation to a meal of trotters.

ہر ایک دعوت قبول کرنا شادی کی ہو یا کسی اور بات کی ۔

(75) CHAPTER. To accept the invitation to a wedding party or any other party.

دعوت شادی میں عورتوں اور بچوں کا بھی جانا جائز ہے ۔

(76) CHAPTER. The attendance of women and children at a wedding party.

اگر دعوت میں جا کر وہاں کوئی کام خلاف شرع دیکھے تو لوٹ آئے یا کیا کرے ۔

(77) CHAPTER. Should a person return if he sees something disapproved of (from the standpoint of religion) in the party?

شادی میں عورت مردوں کا کامکاج خوداپنی ذات سے کرے تو کیسا ہے ؟

(78) CHAPTER. The attendance and serving of the lady (bride) herself for the men at (her) marriage party.

کھجور کا شربت یا اور کوئی شربت جس میں نشہ نہ ہو شادی میں پلانا ۔

(79) CHAPTER. An-Naqi (juice obtained from dried dates soaked in water) and other drinks that are non intoxicant, served at a wedding party.

عورتوں کے ساتھ خوش خلقی سے پیش آنا ۔

(80) CHAPTER. To be polite and kind to the women.

عورتوں سے اچھا سلوک کرنے کے بارے میں وصیت نبوی کا بیان ۔

(81) CHAPTER. The exhortation of taking care of the women.

اللہ کا سورۃ التحریم میں یہ فرمانا کہ لوگو ! خود کو اور اپنے بیوی بچوں کو دوزخ سے بچاؤ ۔

(82) CHAPTER. “(O you who believe)! Ward off from yourself and your families a Fire (Hell) whose fuel is men and stones...” (V.66:6)

اپنے گھر والوں سے اچھا سلوک کرنا ۔

(83) CHAPTER. To treat one's family in a polite and kind manner.

آدمی اپنی بیٹی کو اس کے خاوند کے مقدمہ میں نصیحت کرے تو کیسا ہے ؟

(84) CHAPTER. The advice of a man to his daughter regarding her husband.

شوہر کی اجازت سے عورت کو نفلی روزہ رکھنا جائز ہے ۔

(85) CHAPTER. A woman should not observe Saum (fast) (optional ones) except with the permission of her husband.
