کتاب دیتوں کے بیان میں

The book of ad-diyait (blood - money).

عاقلہ کا بیان

(24) CHAPTER. Al-Aqila (the relatives from the father's side) who pay the Diya (blood money).

عورت کے پیٹ کا بچہ جو ابھی پیدا نہ ہوا ہو

(25) CHAPTER. The foetus (that is inside the uterus) of a (pregnant) woman.

پیٹ کے بچے کا بیان اور اگر کوئی عورت خون کرے تو اس کی دیت ددھیال والوں پر ہو گی نہ کہ اس کی اولاد پر

جس نے کسی غلام یا بچہ کو کام کیلئے عاریتاً مانگ لیا

(27) CHAPTER. Whoever sought the help of a slave or a boy.

کان میں دب کر اور کنویں میں گر کر مرنے والے کی دیت نہیں ہے

(28) CHAPTER. No Diya (blood money) is to be paid in cases of mines and wells.

چوپایوں کے نقصان کرنے کا کچھ تاوان نہیں

(29) CHAPTER. Ther is no Diya (blood money) for the one killed by an animal unaccompained by somebody to contol it.

جو بےگناہ ذمی کافر کو مار ڈالے اس کے گناہ کا بیان

(30) CHAPTER. The sin of a person who killed an innocent Dhimi (a non-Muslim living in a Muslim state and enjoying the protection of Muslims).

مسلمان کو ( ذمی ) کافر کے بدلے قتل نہیں کیا جائے گا

(31) CHAPTER. A Muslim should not be killed for killing a Kafir (disbeliever).

جب مسلمان غصہ میں یہودی کو تھپڑ مار ڈالے

(32) CHAPTER. If a Muslim, being furious, slaps a Jew, (no compensation is required).
