کتاب: حیض کا معنی و مفہوم

The book of menstruation

حیض کے دوران میں کپڑوں میں ملبوس بیوی کے ساتھ لیٹنا

Chapter: Touching a menstruating woman above the izar (waist wrapper)

اوڑھنے کے ایک کپڑے میں حائضہ بیوی کے ساتھ ایک بستر میں لیٹنا

Chapter: Lying down with a menstruating woman under a single cover

خصوصی ایام میں عورت کے لیےجائز ہے کہ وہ اپنے خاوند کا سر دھوئے اور اسے کنگھی کرے، اس کا جھوٹا پا ک ہے ، اس کی گود میں سر رکھنا اور اس (عالم) میں قرآن پڑھنا جائز ہے

Chapter: It is permissible for a menstruating woman to wash her husband’s head, and comb his hair; her leftovers are pure (tahir); and regarding reclining in her lap and reciting Qur’an

مذی کا حکم

Chapter: Madhi (prostatic fluid)

نیند سے بیدار ہو کر ہاتھ منہ دھونا

Chapter: Washing the face and hands when waking from sleep

حالت جنابت میں سونے کا جواز اور (اگر انسان کا) کچھ کھانے پینے ، سونے یا مجامعت کا ارادہ ہو تواعضائے مخصوصہ دھونا اور وضو کرنا مستحب ہے

Chapter: It is permissible for one who is junub to sleep, but it is recommended for him to perform wudu’, and wash his private parts if he wants to eat, drink, sleep, or have intercourse

عورت کی منی نکلے ( احتلام ہو ) تو اس پر نہانا لازم ہے

Chapter: Women are obliged to perform ghusl if they emit fluid

غسل جنابت کے لیے پانی کی مستحب مقدار ، مرد و عورت کا ایک برتن سے ایک ( ہی ) حالت میں غسل کرنا اور دونوں میں سےایک کادوسرے کے بچے ہوئے پانی سےنہانا

Chapter: The amount of water with which it is recommended to perform ghusl in the case of janabah; a man and woman washing from a single vessel; one of them washing with the left-over water of the other

سر اور باقی جسم پر تین دفعہ پانی بہانا مستحب ہے

Chapter: It is recommended to pour water over the head, and elsewhere, three times

غسل کرنے والی عورت کی چوٹیوں کا حکم

Chapter: Ruling on the braids of a woman who is doing ghusl

حیض غسل کرنے والی عورت کے لیے مستحب ہے کہ وہ خون کی جگہ پر کستوری لگاروئی کا ٹکڑا استعمال کرے

Chapter: It is recommended for the woman who is performing ghusl following menses to apply a piece of cloth scented with musk to the site of the bleeding

مستحاضہ ( جس عورت کو استحاضہ ہو جائے )، اس کاغسل اور اس کی نماز

Chapter: The ghusl and the prayer of a woman who is suffering prolonged vaginal bleeding (istihadah)

حائضہ ے لیے روزے کی قضا واجب ہے ، نماز کی نہیں

Chapter: A menstruating woman is obliged to make up missed fasts but not prayers

غسل کرنے والے کا کپڑے وغیرہ کے ذریعے سے پردہ کرنا

Chapter: Covering oneself with a garment and the like while performing ghusl

ستر کو دیکھنا حرام ہے

Chapter: The prohibition of looking at `awrah

تنہائی میں بے لباس ہو کر نہانا جائز ہے

Chapter: It is permissible to bathe naked when one is alone

ستر کی حفاظت پر توجہ دینا

Chapter: Taking care to conceal one’s `awrah

قضائے حاجت کرتے وقت کس چیز سے خود کو چھپایا جائے

Chapter: Screening oneself when urinating

پانی ( سے غسل) صرف (منی کے ) پانی ( کی وجہ ) سے ہے

Chapter: At the beginning of Islam, intercourse did not necessitate ghusl unless semen was emitted, then that was abrogated and ghusl becomes obligatory for intercourse

’’پانی ، صرف پانی سے ہے ‘‘ منسوخ ہے اور ختنے کے مقاماتے کےملنے سے غسل ضروری ہے

Chapter: Abrogation of “water is for water”, and that it is obligatory to perform ghusl when the two circumcised parts meet
