Establishing the prayer and the sunnah regarding them
آمین زور سے کہنے کا بیان
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “When the reciter says Amin, then say Amin, for the angels say Amin, and if a person’s Amin coincides with the Amin of the angels, his previous sins will be forgiven.”
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب امام آمین کہے تو تم بھی آمین کہو، اس لیے کہ فرشتے بھی آمین کہتے ہیں، اور جس کی آمین فرشتوں کی آمین سے مل جائے، تو اس کے پچھلے گناہ بخش دئیے جائیں گے ۱؎۔
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “When the reciter says Amin, then say Amin, for if a person’s Amin coincides with the Amin of the angels, his previous sins will be forgiven.”
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب امام ( آمین ) کہے تو تم بھی آمین کہو ۱؎، اس لیے کہ جس کی آمین فرشتوں کی آمین کے موافق ہو گئی، اس کے پچھلے گناہ بخش دئیے جائیں گے ۔
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: “The people stopped saying Amin, but when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said ‘Not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger, nor of those who went astray’[1:7] he would say Amin, until the people in the first row could hear it, and the mosque would shake with it
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ لوگوں نے آمین کہنا چھوڑ دیا حالانکہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب «غير المغضوب عليهم ولا الضالين» کہتے تو آمین کہتے، یہاں تک کہ پہلی صف کے لوگ سن لیتے، اور آمین سے مسجد گونج اٹھتی۔
It was narrated that ‘Ali said: “I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying ‘Amin’ after he said, ‘nor of those who went astray.’[1:7]
علی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو سنا کہ جب آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم «ولا الضالين» کہتے تو «آمین» کہتے ۱؎۔
It was narrated from ‘Abdul-Jabbar bin Wa’il that his father said: “I performed prayer with the Prophet (ﷺ) and when he said: ‘Nor of those who went astray’,[1:7] he said Amin and we heard that from him.”
وائل بن حجر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ نماز پڑھی، جب آپ نے «ولا الضالين» کہا، تو اس کے بعد آمین کہا، یہاں تک کہ ہم نے اسے سنا۔
It was narrated from ‘Aishah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “The Jews do not envy you for anything more than they envy you for the Salam and (saying) ‘Amin’.”
ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہود نے تم سے کسی چیز پر اتنا حسد نہیں کیا جتنا سلام کرنے، اور آمین کہنے پر حسد کیا ۔
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The Jews do not envy you for anything more than they envy you for the Salam and (saying) Amin, so say Amin a great deal.”
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہود نے تم سے کسی چیز پر اتنا حسد نہیں کیا جتنا «آمین» کہنے پر کیا، لہٰذا تم آمین کثرت سے کہا کرو ۔
