And your Lord inspired to the bee, "Take for yourself among the mountains, houses, and among the trees and [in] that which they construct.
آپ کے رب نے شہد کی مکھی کے دل میں یہ بات ڈال دی کہ پہاڑوں میں درختوں اور لوگوں کی بنائی ہوئی اونچی اونچی ٹٹیوں میں اپنے گھر ( چھتے ) بنا ۔
O people, an example is presented, so listen to it. Indeed, those you invoke besides Allah will never create [as much as] a fly, even if they gathered together for that purpose. And if the fly should steal away from them a [tiny] thing, they could not recover it from him. Weak are the pursuer and pursued.
لوگو! ایک مثال بیان کی جا رہی ہے ذرا کان لگا کر سن لو! اللہ کے سوا جن جن کو تم پکارتے رہے ہو وہ ایک مکھی بھی تو پیدا نہیں کر سکتے ، گو سارے کے سارے ہی جمع ہوجائیں بلکہ اگر مکھی ان سے کوئی چیز لے بھاگے تو یہ تو اسے بھی اس سے چھین نہیں سکتے بڑا بودا ہے طلب کرنے والا اور بڑا بودا ہے وہ جس سے طلب کیا جا رہا ہے ۔
And when We decreed for Solomon death, nothing indicated to the jinn his death except a creature of the earth eating his staff. But when he fell, it became clear to the jinn that if they had known the unseen, they would not have remained in humiliating punishment.
پھر جب ہم نے ان پر موت کا حکم بھیج دیا تو ان کی خبر جنات کو کسی نے نہ دی سوائے گھن کے کیڑے کے جو ان کی عصا کو کھا رہا تھا ۔ پس جب ( سلیمان ) گر پڑے اس وقت جنوں نے جان لیا کہ اگر وہ غیب دان ہوتے تو اس ذلت کے عذاب میں مبتلا نہ رہتے ۔
