کتاب طلاق کے مسائل کا بیان

The book of divorce.

طلاق کے بیان میں ۔

(1) CHAPTER. The Statement of Allah: “O Prophet ! When you divorce women, divorce them at their Idda (prescribed periods) and count (accurately) their Idda (prescribed periods).” (V.65:1)

اگر حائضہ کو طلاق دے دی جائے تو یہ طلاق شمار ہو گی یا نہیں ؟

(2) CHAPTER. If a woman is divorced during her menses, then that divorce is counted as one legal divorce.

طلاق دینے کا بیان اور کیا طلاق دیتے وقت عورت کے منہ در منہ طلاق دے ؟

(3) CHAPTER. Whoever divorced (his wife), and should a man tell his wife face to face that she is divorced.

جس نے اپنی عورتوں کو اختیار دیا ۔

(5) CHAPTER. Whoever gave option to his wives.

جب کسی نے اپنی بیوی سے کہا کہ میں نے تمہیں جدا کیا ۔

اللہ تعالیٰ کا یہ فرمانا ” اے پیغمبر ! جو چیز اللہ نے تیرے لیے حلال کی ہے اسے تو اپنے اوپر کیوں حرام کرتا ہے “ ۔

(8) CHAPTER. “O Prophet! Why do you forbid (for yourself) that which Allah has allowed to you…?” (V.66:1)

خلع کے بیان میں ۔

میاں بیوی میں نااتفاقی کا بیان ۔

اگر لونڈی کسی کے نکاح میں ہو اس کے بعد بیچی جائے تو بیع سے طلاق نہ پڑے گی ۔

(13) CHAPTER. Ash-Shiqaq (the breach between the man and his wife).

اگر لونڈی غلام کے نکاح میں ہو پھر وہ لونڈی آزاد ہو جائے تو اسے اختیار ہو گا خواہ وہ نکاح باقی رکھے یا فسخ کر ڈالے ۔

(14) CHAPTER. Selling a female slave does not necessarily lead to her divorce.

بریرہ رضیاللہعنہا کے شوہر کے بارے میں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا سفارش کرنا ۔

(16) CHAPTER. The intercession of the Prophet for Barira's husband.

(17) CHAPTER.

اللہ تعالیٰ کا سورۃ البقرہ میں یوں فرمانا کہ اور مشرک عورتوں سے نکاح نہ کرو یہاں تک کہ وہ ایمان لائیں اور یقیناً مومنہ لونڈی مشرکہ عورت سے بہتر ہے گو مشرک عورت تم کو بھلی لگے ۔

(18) CHAPTER. The Statement of Allah: “Do not marry Al-Mushrikat (idolatresses) till they believe (i.e., worship Allah Alone). And indeed a slave woman who believes is better than a (free) Mushrikah (idolatress) even though she pleases you. (V.2:221)

اسلام قبول کرنے والی مشرک عورتوں سے نکاح اور ان کی عدت کا بیان ۔

(19) CHAPTER. Marrying Al-Mushrikat (pagan ladies) who had embraced Islam; and their Idda.

اس بیان میں کہ جب مشرک یا نصرانی عورت جو معاہد مشرک یا حربی مشرک کے نکاح میں ہواسلام لائے ۔

(20) CHAPTER. (What) if an idolatress (Al-Mushrikah) or a Christian woman becomes a Muslim while she is the wife of a Dhimmi (i.e., a non-Muslim under the protection of a Muslim government), or Mushrik at war with the Muslims?

اللہ تعالیٰ کا ( سورۃ البقرہ میں فرمانا کہ ) ۔

(21) CHAPTER. The Statement of Allah: “Those who take an oath, not to have sexual relations with their wives, must wait four months.” (V.2:226)

جو شخص گم ہو جائے اس کے گھر والوں اور جائیداد میں کیا عمل ہو گا ۔

(22) CHAPTER. What are the regulations concerning the property and family of a lost person?

اگر طلاق وغیرہ اشارے سے دے مثلاً کوئی گونگا ہو تو کیا حکم ہے ؟

(24) CHAPTER. Using gestures to express the decision of divorcing and other matters.

لعان کا بیان ۔

(25) CHAPTER. Al-Lian. The Statement of Allah: And for those who accuse their wives... (up to)... if he (her husband) speaks the truth. (V.24:6-9)

جب اشاروں سے اپنی بیوی کے بچے کا انکار کرے اورصاف نہ کہہ سکے کہ یہ میرا لڑکا نہیں ہے تو کیا حکم ہے ؟

(26) CHAPTER. If a husband hints that he suspects his paternity to a child.
